Best Value Family Stay Near Tokyo Disney Resort
The Superior Family Room is 38 sqm, which felt genuinely spacious by Japanese standards. The room comes with two twin beds (110 x 203 cm each) and two Gorogoro bunk beds, giving the space a lot of flexibility for families. Our kids didn't end up sleeping on the bunks — the mattress is firmer than the main beds — but they claimed the bunk area as their own play zone immediately, which worked beautifully. The bathroom and shower are separated, compact but efficiently laid out. Every corner of this hotel feels considered and consistently photogenic, which we kept noticing even during our short stay.
The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area of Urayasu, away from the main tourist corridor. The nearest station is Shin-Urayasu, accessible via the hotel's free shuttle service. From Shin-Urayasu, the Keiyo Line connects directly to Tokyo Station, which is practical if you're continuing to other cities after your Disney segment. One important thing to note: the Keiyo Line platform at Tokyo Station is located very deep underground, which is worth factoring in when navigating with strollers and heavy luggage. The hotel also runs a free shuttle directly to Tokyo Disney Resort, though the parks are approximately 20 minutes away. If walking distance to Disney is non-negotiable, this is not that hotel — but if you're comfortable with the shuttle, the distance becomes a very reasonable tradeoff for the price difference.
For food, the hotel has a 24-hour cafeteria for quick meals and a restaurant serving buffet breakfast priced at JPY 3,000 per adult, JPY 1,000 for children aged 4 to 6, and free for children under 3. There is also a convenience store on the property, which is consistently useful when traveling with young kids. We didn't have time to explore the kids' play area on the grounds, but it exists and we genuinely wished we had more time.
What stood out most is how thoroughly this hotel has thought through family needs. On the 2nd floor there is a self-serve grab-and-go station stocked with children's pajamas, toothbrushes, slippers, diapers, and baby soap — all free of charge, available 24 hours, no need to ask anyone. Additional items like bath chairs, bed guards, step stools, diaper bins, and bottle sterilizers can be requested at the front desk. Coin laundry is also available. Luggage forwarding via Yamato is available on the 1st floor — foreign visitors should prepare cash as QR payment is Japan-issued only, which is especially useful if you're continuing to another city on a multi-destination itinerary. Would we return? Yes, and we'd stay longer next time to properly explore everything the hotel offers. Best suited for families with young children who want practical, well-equipped Disney-area accommodation without the Disney hotel price tag, and for travelers on multi-city Japan itineraries who need a comfortable and genuinely family-ready base.

It was a more comfortable hotel than I expected.
The room has a separate toilet and bath, and the sleeping accommodation was comfortable and comfortable. There was a Lawson in the building and the selection was good.
One of the nicest rooms was the second room, which even had a charging outlet in the private room, so I stayed long.
I was a little disappointed to hear that there were only ramen, porridge and simple side dishes in the cafeteria, and I was usually looking forward to hearing that there was a seasonal menu, but there were not many limited items even though it was a winter break.
Even if I tried to eat outside, I had to walk for about 15 minutes to get to the restaurant, so I lost one star.
I thought it would be great if they could make a reservation so that they could eat dinner well.
