The room was very small, which is expected since it’s a business hotel, but it was very clean, located right in front of Shinagawa Station, and extremely convenient.
However, you need to be careful about the breakfast. Breakfast is served from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., but they do not mention that you must leave the restaurant by 10:00 a.m. The staff should clearly inform guests of this policy.
Some of my friends arrived for breakfast about 15 minutes before the restaurant closed. The staff still took their order, and they received their food just before 10:00 a.m. Right after 10:00 a.m., however, a staff member came over and said, “Sorry, but you need to leave.”
Since restaurants in Japan generally cannot allow customers to take leftover food to go, they only gave her about five minutes to finish her meal. Otherwise, she would have had to waste a ¥4,000 breakfast. I thought that was a very unfriendly way for the restaurant staff to handle the situation.

I recommend this hotel if you want to pay less than the other Shinagawa Prince towers and still be and use the same environment. Next time O visit it I’ll stay in the Main tower or Annex tower.

Reasonable near the station

The East Tower.
East.

There's a place to leave your stuff.
It's with the main building.
It took a while.
The room felt dark.
Water One Service
I don't have a humidifier.
Just think.
Later.
As it turns out,
Next to the elevator on each floor.
We had rental equipment.

The staff was fine always willing to help
Though size of the room was falsely advertised. One other thing the room was very cold solved it with space heater have photos.

If you are not bothered by the room size, this is a great stay option in Tokyo

I have stayed at this hotel before. The rooms in the main tower are large, The east tower however has incredibly small rooms almost like prison cells. There is barely any place to move around the bed. Also the walls in this tower are thin and you can hear sounds from adjoining rooms. In spite of that it gets a 4 star because the bed is one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in, the layout is designed where a small writing desk still fits in and all in room amenities including tea/coffee and toileteries are take care of.
Everything else is great about the hotel. It has a large number of restaurants, is super clean, the staff are very friendly and technology use makes it very efficient to check in and out.
The location is very convenient, just outside of Shinagawa station which is a huge hub and very accessible from anywhere in Tokyo.
At the price I paid, this was value for great value for money for the quality of the stay, especially if you are not bothered by the room size.
