Firstly the location is second to none! 3 minute walk from the station which was gold after a long day on the train and with heavy bags. The room was fine. Standard Japanese hotel size. Comfy bed. The only complaint I have was breakfast, the breakfast room was much too small to accommodate the number of guests in the hote,people had to wait to get a seat, l and the food was very bland I'm sorry to say. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Happy to recommend if you can get past the breakfast issues.

It's good, it's bad, it's bad.
At check-in, after 15:30 on December 30, at check-in, the front desk male cough response is deliberately persistent, and even though the last is wearing a mask, it clears the throat and then puts it on unnaturally to the hand, not clearing the throat at all on the phone that left
23:49 just before the year changes, I go alert, next is the front-office elderly woman, just the upper side of the empty sneeze at the moment I pass, so even if I come back in the middle of the night for that uncomfortable new year, the same woman also responds to salt with a scary scary face reception
After 8:30 in the morning of the 3rd, a young front desk lady behind glasses, endlessly joking when we come, who is used to dealing with things as normal, so it's easy to see that we've been doing that not only ourselves but a few times.
That my partner gets hit every time I walk by
The cleaning staff were even woken up by a man coming near the room on the morning of the 2nd and blocking their ears with an incongruous bark, and at noon that day they went out into the hallway again with the same bark and found out that the man cleaning Room 620 was the same person at 12:54
Around 10:50 on the 4th, the cleaning staff As soon as I open the room, I can't get out because of the pressure because an old lady geoches me from the middle of the hallway, I close it again, I get hit, and when I reopen it, I get my room number because I was in the hallway as expected, I don't ask why, I get asked for the room number, and even if I say no, "It's none of your business because it's our privacy," you usually follow me and Stata first so I can be cornered… I can't go to the room because I'm so insistent, and when I say, "You know the room because you knew it," I return the silent chair and pull it back
At 10:50 on the 6th, at exactly the same time as on the 4th, another "***** ❗⸏" from the hallway, suddenly again with an old woman's whisper, and then the messy, rough vacuum cleaner, the door opening and closing like it was being taken out, terrible.
9:07 on the 7th, the same woman was coughed up in front of the room for much worse, and as soon as I told her indoors that it was again, she fired back, and when she finally opened the door without privacy, she still came right in front of me and looked for me, writing, until the end…
I really appreciate all the other cleaners and the ones who greeted me at the front desk and received me when I came back.
And the cleaning lady on the 5th was quiet and attentive with towels and other things, and when we left at 10:30, she worked sparingly in the hallway and greeted us warmly with a smile in front of the elevator. She was so considerate that I couldn't really tell the difference between things before and after and was wary, so I couldn't even say hello.
The female breakfast staff was relieved that I went there only once and was not greeted.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! Just a short 5 minute walk to the train station!! Area had good restaurants and little boutique shops, family mart right across the hotel and Don Quijote, huge grocery store, yummy bakery and Starbucks was right across the street. The only downfall was that nothing opened until 10am!! The room was small, but that was expected. The room I had reserved was for me only. I had a difficult time with their policy of not allowing my daughter to come up to the room with me to just relax for a bit and drop things off from our day of shopping and site seeing before going to dinner. She was not staying overnight any of the nights I was there. Otherwise, the stay was nice.
