Stunning views and relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay at Kamana Lakehouse. The location is stunning!! With amazing views of lake Wakatipu and the remarkables.
The room is modern and comfortable, and the food is fresh and delicious.
We had breakfast and dinner at Nest and both were 10/10
Guests get free access to Kamana Soak Tubs, make sure to book a time slot during your stay.

This was a huge disappointment on my trip. It’s a very expensive property for what you get. It’s average and yet you’re paying double what you would for other accommodations. Before my stay, I was told a day trip I’d booked had been canceled and when I tried to get a refund on my last night and despite it being 48 hours in advance, I was told I would need to pay full price. It felt like I was stuck there. The photos are views from the restaurant which isn’t even included in the stay, so I’m not sure what you’re paying for. The hot soaks I think used to have a view of the lake but now there is construction and buildings in front of the view so they glass in front of the tubs are frosted so you can’t actually see anything? I guess my point is that this property is over priced and inflexible.

Spectacular 10 out of 10

I really had a great time in Kamana. Best hotel during my trip in New Zealand. Hospitality at its finest, the room is very clean and got all amenities that we need. Also the Kamana Soak experience was something special during winter. We had breakfast and dinner at Nest restaurant, the food is very delicious and the staff is super friendly explaining all the menu in details. Not to mention the view is stunning. Highly recommend

### Exceptional Stay at Kamana Lakehouse
My stay at Kamana Lakehouse was absolutely exceptional! The views are incredible, and every detail of my experience was truly five-star.
The staff was courteous, warm, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. I accidentally left my swimsuit behind, and they were kind enough to ship it back to me. That level of hospitality truly stood out and meant so much to me.
I also had the pleasure of dining at **The Nest**, and it was an incredible culinary experience. It felt like a Michelin-star chef experience—I was in absolute culinary heaven! If you stay here, you **must** dine at The Nest.
Everything about Kamana Lakehouse—from the breathtaking views and exceptional service to the incredible dining—is five stars. I would absolutely return and highly recommend
