Great location

I really liked the hotel, very well located, on an avenue full of bars and restaurants. Despite that, it was silent.

Good location….But that is the only nice thing I can say about this hotel

The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood, just 1 km from the “Via Argentina” subway station. The area offers plenty of stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and pharmacies — but unfortunately, that’s the only appealing aspect of this hotel.
From the moment we arrived, the problems began. The check-in process was extremely slow, and guests ahead of us were already complaining about the lack of available rooms. Once we finally checked in, we discovered that the elevator only accommodates a maximum of four people, and the doors jammed repeatedly.
The room itself was disappointing. We were greeted by a strong musty odor, stained walls, and damaged furniture. The bathroom was even worse: no hair dryer, a broken toilet (which maintenance attempted to fix but made worse), and a loose faucet. The closet door also jammed, and inside there were no shelves — just an empty space. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, constantly disconnecting from both of our phones, which also meant the smart TV didn’t function properly.
Housekeeping was subpar as well. One evening we made coffee in the room, but the next day, after returning from sightseeing, we found that the cleaning staff had ignored the dirty cups and coffee maker, leaving them exactly as we had left them.
Bottom line: I cannot recommend this hotel. Despite its convenient location, the poor maintenance and service make it a bad choice. There are better options in the area.

Caution Advised

I stayed at this hotel with a friend who was undergoing medical treatment in Panama City. Unfortunately we had to leave after one night due to a strong smell of mold, a dirty shower, and cockroaches. I've been told that this hotel is now under new management and I hope that things improve. Our stay was extemely unpleasant. I have always trusted Ramada hotels but this experience taught me to be more cautious.

Good venue but dirty hotel, only lobby is beautiful after that, SMH!

The hotel rooms are MUSTY!!!
Under bed stink , rooms look like they are under reconstruction and was quickly put together for the booking, pain chipping falling from the walls, floor with dents, no balcony, and did i mention after seeing another room THAT WAS WOSE , i asked it to be cleaned, the room was not mopped!!
Like don’t these people know how to CLEAN??? 0 stars honestly, i really wanted to change hotels but that was a short trip , we were always outside so i made it work , 0 STARS!!!

Good.

I liked the hotel, comfortable room, big bed and my room goes to the street, but it's quiet. Breakfast, had 3 types of fruits, bread and cake, eggs etc. Until I had a variety of things, due to some comments was kind of worrying. But I found more than I expected. Now they really don't put on a face towel, but it's clean. Excellent location, many restaurants, markety on the side. Comfortable bed and attentive staff.
