Good value, lovely staff
“Very good value & amazing staff”
The hotel is located in an industrial area close to the motorway. The train station is about 35min away when walking. There are restaurants and shopping opportunities (Lidl & a bakery & McDonalds next door) around. Walking into the historic part of Auray takes about 20min. Though I arrived outside the reception hours and had trouble with the automatic checkin machine a lady from the reception came out to help me during her break. She was very kind and helpful and already made it possible to check in a bit earlier than normal. I did not expect this and found it very generous and customer minded. I chatted with her every day for a bit and enjoyed the personal touch. The room was practically furnished: the bed was very comfortable, there was a table, a chair and an open wardrobe. The bathroom wasvery clean and practical. I slept very well and would recommend this hotel anytime!

Very welcoming and very quiet hotel
Very welcome; there were 5 of us with very heavy luggage. Our room was planned on the 1st floor without elevator; immediately, we were offered to change rooms to put ourselves on the ground floor. We were also advised a restaurant nearby.
I recommend this hotel very welcoming and very quiet. Good value for money and very clean and functional room.

Pour votre information, en cas de fortes chaleurs, nous mettons à dispositon de notre clientèle des ventilateurs sur simple demande.
Par ailleurs, des travaux de climatisation de l'ensemble des chambres vont être réalisés en début d'année prochaine.

Satisfied but with a downside
Very good but downside the incivility of some clients that prevented me from sleeping from 2am until 5am for my last night I was disappointed but for the rest very well you just have to put in the rooms an internal regulation that tells me that incivility or night noise is not welcome because there are clients like me who come for work and need rest to ensure our working day otherwise we are very close macdo restaurant at will Le Leclerc a station thank you I had a good stay except for my last night because the incivility of some clients ruined my last night it is not prohibited but there are hours to respect for the good of everyone and I asked when the refund or when I was ready to pay compensation but the gendarmerie advised me not to do it and ask for compensation because it could not come for why I do not know here is good chance next

Nous sommes vraiment ravis de lire que vous avez apprécié votre séjour dans notre hôtel, sa chambre, son emplacement et le service. Vos compliments seront transmis à l'ensemble du personnel qui appréciera.
Néanmoins, nous vous présentons toutes nos excuses pour la dernière nuit. Une société de la région faisait son repas de fin d'année. Les collabarateurs dormant dans notre hôtel ont fait beaucoup de bruit lorsqu'ils sont rentrés tard, vers 2 h du matin.
Nous comprenons parfaitement la gêne que peut provoquer les nuissances sonores la nuit et nous regrettons l'incivilité de certains clients qui ne respectent pas le sommeil des autres clients. C'est pourquoi nous avons accepté de vous rembourser votre dernière nuit.
Sachez que nous avons informé la société du tapage nocture que ses collaborateurs ont fait cette nuit là.
La société s'excuse auprès de nous et de nos autres clients.
Nous espérons vous acceuillir à nouveau lors d'un prochain passage sur Auray qu'il soit professionnel ou privé.

Hell to access my room
I booked the hotel indicating that I would arrive between 8pm and 9pm. I arrived by car and was dropped off in the hotel parking lot. The only access door in front of the parking lot was locked. I checked my emails to see if I received a code to unlock it, but nothing. I looked to see if there was a rating or information posted near the door, but the only number listed did not answer. I realized it would be complicated to stay at this hotel and sat down at a nearby restaurant trying to find another one.
When I finally found another hotel that could accommodate me and was about to leave the area, I saw some guests leaving and asked them where the reception was. They told me that the reception was closed, but that there was a machine to do the check-in yourself. This famous machine was on the other side of the hotel, opposite a road, totally inaccessible to someone arriving by car, unless they knew in advance that they had to enter through it.
I checked in and they told me they would send me my code by email. I waited, but received nothing. I had to call on an intercom next to the machine and wait another 15 minutes before someone answered me and gave me the code.
I lost over an hour and a half in this whole process before I could enter my room. The e-mail containing all this information? I received it the next morning at 10:37.
Please note that the hotel and room access information must be sent at the time of check-in confirmation, not the next day. You made my evening hell.

Un grand merci, car vos commentaires nous sont précieux, ils sont sources d’amélioration perpétuelle.
Vous n’avez pas rencontré lors de votre séjour le niveau de qualité conforme à vos attentes, notamment lors de votre arrivée, veuillez nous en excuser.
Avant de vous répondre, nous tenons à vous rappeler quelques informations.
Pour rappel, notre réception ferme le week-end à 20h30. Après 20h30, une borne automatique vous permet de vous enregistrer, de faire le paiement et ensuite de pouvoir accéder à votre chambre.
Vous avez donc fait une réservation chez nous le 12/10 via le site Booking à 19h24, en nous annonçant une arrivée entre 20h et 21h. Vous avez donc reçu une confirmation de réservation de BOOKING, suivi d'un message automatique et immédiat de notre part dans votre messagerie BOOKING ( voir copie d'écran ci-dessous ) vous informant de la procédure à suivre quand notre réception est fermée ( après 20h30 ). Je ne comprends donc pas pourquoi vous avez reçu ces informations le lendemain à 10h37 car ces informations vous ont bien été transmises sur votre messagerie BOOKING au moment de votre réservation à 19h24.
Après avoir réussi votre enregistrement sur notre borne automatique ( a priori vers 21h39, voire 2 ème copie d'écran ci-dessous ), vous avez reçu un nouveau message de BOOKING vous donnant votre numéro de chambre et code d'accès. Si vous aviez consulté votre messagerie sur BOOKING, vous auriez donc pu accéder à votre chambre dès 21h40.
Conscient que cette procédure pourrait être plus simple, et que vous ne connaissiez sans doute pas notre système de borne automatique la nuit, nous avons revu notre procédure d'accueil en interne.
Concernant votre temps d'attente de 15 minutes à notre borne d'assistance 24h/24h, nous allons remonter cet incident auprès de notre service Assistance car ils auraient dû vous répondre dans la minute de votre appel.
