Outstanding in every way.

We booked Les Suites Besserat de Bellefon (BB) for our 45th Wedding Anniversary. It is very central to the town and many of the Champagne Houses. It was the perfect choice. Plenty of onsite parking and free EV charging. Everything about our suite (Brigitte Bardot) was memorable. It was large, comfortable and well equipped in the delightfully chic BB style. It had a small kitchenette so we could have cooked for ourselves if necessary. Breakfast in the morning was completed with great ingredients and set us up perfectly for the day. The Bar and Terrace are also very welcoming and well laid out. The most important aspect though was the staff. They were all superbly trained, courteous, hospitable, helpful and multilingual. They made our stay perfect. A credit to their Maison. Their Champagne is absolutely delicious as well.
This place is a gem. Thank you to everyone at BB.

Perfect hotel close to Avenue de Champagne

We had an amazing time at Les Suites BB. I chose this hotel for my birthday trip to Épernay and I made the absolute right choice. Our room „Victor“ was very spacious with a small kitchen and a shower + bathtub. The housekeeping did an amazing job - the room was super clean. The service is very personal as this hotel has only 3 rooms. We had breakfast every morning at the terrace with everything you can ask for. All the staff was so friendly and helpful and made this stay absolutely fabulous. We will for sure come back.

Wonderful place to stay

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The breakfasts were delicious and nice to not worry about. The champagne was great, but that is to be expected.
The suites are located a short distance from the train which made transit easy for us. Its location just off Champagne Ave made it a great spot for exploring around Èpernay.
The staff were lovely and gave us good recommendations.
