Super amazing experience

I stayed at Sabine and Edoardo’s place with my family for 5 nights. It was an amazing experience: they are very kind and welcoming souls. They are the hearts of Villa Cassandre. The room was cozy, they offered in-place dinners, there’s a great garden and pool. The breakfast is mostly homemade or locally produced. They have Oscar, a cute and friendly labrador. Higly recommended!! When you leave Villa Cassandre you will be surely miss Sabine and Edoardo!!

A charming, top-quality B&B

Villa Cassandre B&B is located in the countryside at Esvres-sur-Indre, and offers 2 rooms on the first floor with a shared sitting space. The charming B&B is family owned and run. Furnishings and decoration provide a nice, quality atmosphere. You can dine at the B&B but must book in advance. Parking on the premises. There is a garden with pool, which we did not use. The lady-owner is friendly and helpful. Our room had a club-chair, air-conditioning, TV, table & chair, a good queen-size bed, tea facility, and separate wardrobe. Window can be open but does not have mosquito screens. The room entry has low roof beams. We had a separate bathroom with 2 washbasins, toilet, and shower. All was perfectly clean. Between 08:30 and 09:30 a good breakfast is served: bread & croissant, cereals, home-made yoghurt, orange juice, preserves & honey, cheese, tea & coffee. Villa Cassandra B&B is a quiet, top-quality accommodation, and we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

A magnificent stay at Villa Cassandre: a villa immersed in the Loire woods

Our stay at Villa Cassandre was beautiful. Since our arrival, we were greeted by the warm and genuine hospitality of Sabine and Edward, two lovely people who run with passion and attention to detail this business.
The villa is functional and quiet. Our room was cozy, nicely decorated and equipped with amenities (kettle, herbal teas, tea and cookies). You just have to pay a little attention, for those who are tall, to the beams in the room). The villa has a magnificent garden, and a beautiful swimming pool gave us moments of pure relaxation.
In the morning we enjoyed a hearty breakfast, prepared with fresh, local and homemade products. The villa is situated about 15 minutes from the city of Tours, and this puts it in the center of the Loire, ideal for visiting the main castles and fortresses.
A special mention deserves the romantic dinner that Sabine and Edoardo prepared for us with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by an excellent wine. This idea of providing (on request) a Dinner Service for guests was really much appreciated
Many thanks to Sabine and Edward for making us feel at home and for making our holiday perfect. We will definitely be back!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this charming B&B! The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, full of character, and beautifully maintained. Each morning started with a delicious, homemade breakfast that was both hearty and tasty — a real highlight of the stay!
The location is perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Set in a quiet, natural area, there were no sounds at night — just peace, tranquility, and the beauty of nature all around.
I 100% recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful, authentic experience. I can’t wait to come back!

A perfect start to our holiday

We arrived on a wet Friday evening after driving from the UK getting up at 3.30 am. We were welcomed by the hosts and Oscar the dog offered a drink and shown to our room. I had somehow missed the email sent regarding our meal choice as we had booked dinner in advance. The menu without preordering was varied and suited our requirements. The mustard chicken was delicious, home cooking sat in the hosts kitchen due to the rain. We were left to ourselves and had some ambient music playing. The local red wine was also very nice we shared a bottle, we were asleep by 9.30pm after a very long day. The bed was very comfy the room was spotless honestly I can not find fault with anything. Our breakfast was also superb with homemade offerings. I really appreciated being offered breakfast tea as I prefer to coffee. We had a fabulous start to our 18 day holiday driving to the south of Spain. I have no doubt we will return in the future. Sadly we do not speak French although we can communicate in Spanish. The host spoke good English and made us feel very welcome and at ease
Hopefully next time the sun will shine for us
