Simple but useful for a place to sleep between Paris and Disneyland.
A point of merit is the location, very close to a shopping center and the metro, and the breakfast was good and complete.
For what it costs, it is more than fine; be careful if you want to go out in the evening because the area is pure suburb, but if, like us, you are visiting all day, you just go to bed at night.

Not at all clean, dull, and requires an ID to park, which is completely illegal.

Very bad experience
The breakfast situation was even worse. My booking clearly included breakfast for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). However, the staff told us the child couldn't eat! We had to compromise and only my child and Iate. The staff's behavior was aggressive and unprofessional; they even harassed another guest just for trying to get some apple juice after finishing their meal.
The food quality was poor and very limited. We had to ask multiple times just to get items refilled. On the last day, they ran out of basic items like yogurt and cheese, and only a few slices of one type of salami were available. To top it all off, the rooms smelled like sewage. Truly an unprofessional and unpleasant place to stay.

Title: Disappointing experience – Poor hygiene and unprofessional staff
I strongly recommend this hotel. As soon as we arrived at the reception, a very unpleasant smell greeted us. Although my Booking.com booking indicated that all fees were included, the reception forced me to pay an extra 24 euros upon arrival.
Regarding breakfast, my reservation included 3 people (2 adults and 1 child), but the staff refused my child to eat! The behaviour of the staff is aggressive; they violently attacked another customer who just wanted to get some apple juice back.
The food was of very poor quality and insufficient. You had to claim several times to get the dishes filled. On the last day, there was no yogurt or cheese, and only a few slices of one type of salami. To top it off, the rooms smelled like sewers. A total lack of professionalism.
