We are also pleased that the air conditioning in your room provided a comfortable retreat during the exceptionally warm weather in Paris. Ensuring our guests can relax after a day of exploring the city is one of our priorities.
It is wonderful to know that our location on the charming Île Saint-Louis allowed you to easily reach Notre-Dame and many of Paris's most iconic attractions. We are also glad that your choir group was able to enjoy our lobby as a gathering place.
Thank you as well for your constructive comment regarding the temperature in our public areas. As our hotel is housed in a historic 17th-century building, preserving its architectural heritage sometimes limits the modifications that can be made to certain spaces. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue looking for ways to improve our guests' comfort.

I like that there is a toilet room separated from the sink and shower, and the bathing towels are not super thick, but they are large, which is nice.
The sink had a lot of surface cracks, which in my opinion harbor bacteria, and the drain was either in or out as a loose piece. In the shower, there was decent pressure and hot water, but they do not offer conditioner, which I find to be a most basic amenity. If you’re going to have two products, let it be shampoo and conditioner as shampoo can be body wash. I was not a fan of the square pillows
One thing that was gross, but I let it slide & mentioned it at checkout, the housekeeper repeatedly missed a pair of used shriveled contact lenses (someone else’s) that were on the side table, a little hidden fyi, but made me feel like a thorough cleaning was not performed. The grout in the bathroom floor reflected a similar level of cleanliness.
We stayed up late and never made it to breakfast so I can’t speak to that, but it was nice to have a mini bar fridge with room for our own purchases. They did provide in-room coffee items and one small bottle of water the first day. A little underwhelming. One per-person would have been nice, but I think they meant it to be used in the hot water heater for the instant coffee, to be fair.
Overall, I would rate it 3 stars.
