Don't miss out!

It is rare to be welcomed, advised, and put at ease by the owner, in a hotel decorated with great taste, while keeping a very family-oriented spirit. Exceptional place, with a refined garden, on high ground with a view of the pink granite, near the customs officers' path. Delicious breakfast and the tapas concept in the evening is absolutely perfect. We thank the whole team for the quality welcome. Too bad we only stayed one night. See you soon. Florence and Thibaud

superb! And what a view!

everything was perfect! A breathtaking view, the decor, the welcome, the cleanliness, the quiet, the location that allows you to do everything on foot, we felt very comfortable there, thank you!

Cosy hotel with stunning views

Not far from the beach, Les Costans is a cute and cosy hotel with stunning views on the sea which you can enjoy from their beautiful garden.
The hotel itself is run by a very friendly team. It’s nicely decorated and very clean, throughout.

Very nicely located

Very nice hotel with a beautiful location and views over the bay. Very friendly welcome.
Parking at the hotel.
Rooms were tidy. Tiny bed does.
Cons: no air conditioning so sleep with the windows open (and some noise) and you can hear the pipes very well if someone takes water in another room.

Very decent hotel.

A very pleasant hotel which has a modern and contemporary feel, which is surprising as the core building dates back to the early nineteenth century. Perched on the top of a hill midway between the marina side of Perros-Guirec and the beach side it is about equidistant (20 mins by foot) from both with the centre ville being about 7 minutes towards the marina side. The ground floor comprises reception (small), a lobby, bar, lounge area and where you have breakfast. This is all light, airy and spacious with decent views out to sea. The bedrooms are fine but suffer from being a little cramped, the result of installing a bathroom in rooms that were never built for them. But they're clean, tidy, airy and light. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom (all the usual offices) very good. There is a TV (no English channels) safe and limited hanging space and even less shelving. Nice garden but no used as it was too cold. If there's a criticism it is the lack of anywhere to unpack to so you're largely left living out of a suitcase for the duration of your stay. We were here for 3 nights which was just about OK as anything longer and it'd get annoying. From a catering perspective breakfast was fine with a good choice and ample available but we couldn't get a decent cup of English breakfast tea for love nor money (tip: bring your own tea bag). No restaurant as such but tapas are available. Proper restaurants in Perros-Guirec. The staff were fine with no signs of the problems other reviewers have mentioned. There are EV charging points but the price (eighty cents pkWh) is a bit steep; you can get it half that price in Perros-Guirec at public chargers. Overall then a decent hotel but not without some slight flaws, but they're liveable with.
