Gourmet stay, but difficult to book

We stayed one night at the Castle in the big house thanks to a wonderbox, it went very well! The setting is top and the stay is gourmet with tapas plates and wine tasting of your choice (photos). There is no time for the pool, there is a shared area with very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, reception table with coffee/tea at will, and TV sofa area downstairs. However the booking is very complicated, we contacted Amélie on June 4th, when they call us they tell us to send an email, and we receive a reply only a week later each time... (perhaps because we book with a Wonderbox?...) We had the confirmation the day before for the next day despite several reminders (July 5th). The 2 receptionists are very nice but maybe not professional. There are no recommendations of restaurants or activities and places to do/visit, it’s a shame! The room also does not have air conditioning but a fan is available. It is a very good value for money despite these small negative points, the setting is great.

A stay to recommend...

A very nice experience
We really appreciated the place and the great kindness of the staff.
Everything is done to make your stay go well.
The breakfast is plentiful and varied, with quality products.
You can of course buy a few good bottles at a reasonable price.
Really, everything was perfect, we live not very far away, we will definitely come back.

GORGEOUS

wonderful stay at the Ciceron wine estate...
Warm welcome by Amelie who shared with us her passion for Corbières wine with the sublime tasting...
The castle is in a bucolic place.. we had a room with a master suite, pure happiness..
We shared the tapas with 2 other couples.. very nice..
Anyway, everything went very well.. to recommend +++ to have a good time.. and in addition the wines at the top... we leave with a few bottles.. The lion of Corbières!

Great stay!

Family weekend in the castle surrounded by nature among the vineyards. The place is great. Amélie is very pleasant and gives good advice. She is passionate about the history of the castle and the vineyard. The tasting is nice, the swimming pool. I recommend this place for seminars, events, relaxing weekends as a couple, with family or friends. The area is so vast that we can’t step on each other!
