A bijou. Small but fine.

On our way south we stayed for one night in this small boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. It is an interior new and totally renovated old house that is part of the ancient city on the rock. You may drive by car up to 20 m close to unloading, but parking must be 200 m further down. Rooms are on the first floor without lift, but the host couple is happy to help. Everything is decorated with love, very clean and charming. The location is absolutely quiet; at night you hear nothing. The couple (estimated between 45 and 50) take care of the guests lovingly. The man is a musician and delighted us in the evening with a piano serenade. Breakfast is classic: Butter, jam, yogurt, fruit salad, fresh croissants and crispy baguette with coffee a gogo. It's wonderful.

Beautiful hospitality by Laurence and her family - thank you for the welcome

Laurence and her family welcomed us warmly. The in-room amenities are worthy of a 5 star rating (bathroom, bathroom amenities, bedding, room size, ...)
The village house in the part of the ramparts is beautifully renovated and very very nice.
In summer you can even enjoy a terrace and a swimming pool.
The homemade breakfast is a delight with quality and local products.
We learned that they had just finished renovating a new room with a hot tub inside!
I highly recommend because the quality, hospitality and price ratio is simply sublime.
I hope that one day we can stay there again.

Beautiful discovery on the way to the South of France.

We have booked these beautiful chambres d' hôtes for just 1 night in transit to the South. Very nice and spacious room with great bathroom facilities. Very friendly welcome by the managers who completely renovate this stately house themselves and with love, 3 of the 4 rooms have now been furnished. We enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool and hope to visit here again. Rochemaure is a very nice medieval town. Highly recommended!
