A discovery
We didn't know where to go with my wife, we were super surprised the welcome and the kindness of the owners are really pleasant I recommend this address

It was really expensive for what was offered. The dinning was highly expensive. For breakfast, which was some kind of buffet, the last days they didn’t even make an effort adding more of what was already taken. They simply put what was left of the other days.

An idyllic and relaxing cocoon
Our night at Charda Spa was fantastic. Wilfried and Melissa received us perfectly in the afternoon. They gave us the keys to our little cocoon for one night and offered the room-tour. The room is very clean and very well equipped: comfortable 160 bedding, hot drinks available, welcome cocktail and jacuzzi operation. And let’s talk about the Jacuzzi, what a joy: perfectly maintained, at ideal temperature, with the possibility of fully isolating thanks to a removable viewbreaker. Dinner (extra at very affordable prices) was delicious and complete: homemade starter-dish-dessert. Our guests have real know-how and passion for cooking. The breakfast buffet the next morning, filled with sweet and salty, always homemade, and with the smile of the owners, is also evidenced by this. We highly recommend and hope to find the opportunity to go to Seyne to relax in this idyllic place!

A little disappointed
I don’t understand the 5-star reviews from previous customers because everything is far from perfect, maybe just subjective reviews of encouragement but that won’t move the owners forward to adjust things that are wrong because they will feel like they are doing everything right, which is not the case.
For the room and jacuzzi nothing wrong. It is a spacious room, very good bedding, everything is clean, everything is new, hoping that the water in the Jacuzzi is changed with each new guest (without certainty)
On the other hand, on the service it is another story.
I can fully understand that there are mitigating circumstances by the young professional experience of the owners for this bed and breakfast profession. Nevertheless, be more generous, offer a breakfast where there is not much to eat where everything is counted to the smallest slice, where the last slice of cake of the day before is handed over the next day because everything must be finished in this case eat it, do not give it to the customer, we are not here to finish the leftovers. Where fruit juice is stashed in the fridge to drip it for people who dare to ask for it, it’s simply not done!
In this case, you might as well charge them so that people can take full advantage of the benefit.
Besides, the price of the meal is not worth 29€, at this price we expect other services, each his profession, you are bed and breakfast not restaurateur. A glass of wine for €7, I hope it’s from the Pope’s Castle at this price!
And at this price, be generous with bread, don’t count it as breakfast, people don’t want to eat slices thick like a pancake and moreover quotas.
In fact, this is terribly lacking in generosity and sharing simply because in trade you have to know how to lose to win!
This opinion, which may seem harsh at first glance, is objective, and reflects the reality that it is constructive and allows you to question yourself in order to move forward. It’s beautiful the 5 stars but it doesn’t make progress because we believe that everything is won in advance, the Jacuzzi does not do everything and it does not erase the rest! Know that nothing is ever taken for granted in commerce! So good luck with the rest!
