This was our most pleasant stay in Cebu. Very clean, quiet, has overlooking Cebu City, cute balcony, free trinkets such as toiletries, coffee, kettle and water bottle. It was walkable to IT park about 12 mins brisk walking. Has small eateries and
Karaoke around the area. Was a fun experience for me and the kids. Staff are exceptionally trained, polite and helpful and very knowledgeable on their job. Thank you very much we had a very restful sleep

First off housekeeping has to take a course in cleaning they do not know how to clean well I had a complaint about the commode underneath to come out it was so dirty that it was not done in a week or so they did not clean the stands where the lamp also there were watermarks from previous renters old furniture where I was at I was on the third floor maybe and makes a difference on what floor you're on I was on the I was on the third floor but housekeeping has to do a better job and I need because I was going to be stranded out there for a couple days and took me 5 hours for the boss to get a hold of me to see I could get help from the embassy this place is a place for I guess we can't get any other places there's no swimming pool there's nothing there it's just a motel and sweet that's all

The floor of our room was not clean and some of the furniture was falling apart. The restaurant and breakfast were good. The staff at the front desk and the doorman were very helpful
