An unforgettable holiday in Kamigina.

We were going on our trip to the Philippines for the first time and after a long search decided to choose Camigin Island and Golden Sunset Beach Hotel. The hotel has bribed itself with its location: just a stone's throw from the room is a clean, gentle sea.
There is a very nice swimming pool on site, which is thoroughly cleaned every morning. The staff are very responsive and ready to do whatever you want - so they have prepared for us a great birthday party for your husband.The best sunsets are in this hotel!
25 days of our vacation in Golden Sunset flew by without anyone noticing - the hotel became our cozy home during that time.
If you are looking for relaxation and privacy in Kamigina, this hotel is highly recommended!.

Great Location, However Pathway Flooding Is a Concern

The resort is beautifully located right by the beach, and the swimming pool is spacious and very attractive. The staff is very friendly and attentive, although we did need to request room cleaning. The food is satisfactory.
That said, a notable concern during our stay was the flooding that occurs when it rains. The pathways throughout the property become waterlogged, requiring guests to walk through standing water to reach the restaurant or the pool. We understand that this has been raised by other guests as well, and we hope that the management will consider taking steps to address this issue, as it had a noticeable impact on our comfort and overall experience.

Nice restaurant at the pool

We stayed 6 nights in this resort and I would like to highlight the restaurant they have which is pretty cool, they offer different tasty options (we tried several) and for a good price. You can sit next to the pool, on your patio watching the sea or overlooking at the sea on their terrace. Menu is on the wall but they also have additional menu with more options.
The included breakfast was great and served by friendly staff.
I recommend this place!

Pretty average, I’d try elsewhere first

Just spent four nights here. People we were with had stayed there before and they noted it had gone down hill a bit.
If we could have got our money back we would have left on the first day, however things got a little better after that.
Our experience was more one star, but that is based on our first day and is also because we had no pool - it was broken, and was being fixed the day we left. However the pool looked nice.
Location is good. Rooms a little run down but clean. The included breakfast was good. Rooms cleaned daily, grounds kept well.
On our first night the food took over an hour to come out and was almost inedible. They did not know how to make any of the cocktails on their list. When my wife helped guide them they didn’t have most of the ingredients. Other than breakfast we refused to eat there again.
We did receive a level of discount due to the pool after asking, which was fair of the staff.

Charming Camiguin

Perfect sunset ocean views from the patio. The grounds and pool are quite and clean. With a nice poolside restaurant that has some really good food. Breakfast is included and you have your choice of a American or Philipino style breakfast. They serve it right to your patio if you request it. Located right off the main highway and 4k from the airport it is easy to get transportation to and from the various restaurants. The 1700p island tour was wonderful and gave you a chance to see the prestine beauty and attractions of the island.
