Wonderful reunion

Hotel located in the heart of the beautiful Bucovina region known for its monasteries in the north-east of Romania.
Exceptional reunion with our friends, we spent 2 beautiful days with a first festive dinner at the hotel and a second evening with a campfire in a beautiful natural setting. Attentive and attentive staff, very good meals and clean and comfortable hotel interior.
Thank you!

Beautiful location

When we arrived, I think we were the only guests, at the reception I did not speak English. But in gestures we understood each other. They were also kind to let us eat at the restaurant even though there was no choice and we settled for what they had, at a very fair price.
The rooms are large and the balcony is beautiful but the decor leaves much to be desired, the desk drawer came down and the bathroom was not the best. There was no possibility to have breakfast but we were offered tea and coffee. Despite the kindness of the managers, they can not be 4 stars.

Lovely Hilly Views

Hotel's compound is big with lovely hilly views and fresh air. Breakfast room offers such views too. Room is basic with heating if desired.
Staff was helpful offering to prepare dinner for us. Lovely grilled meats accompanied by house made wild berry liqueur, a local digestive.
Coffee is good too.

Bad treatment, bad looks, poor cleaning

Bad treatment, poor cleaning, although we have had reseva looked bad at us as they are responsible only for large groups....
We had to find other accommodation in the middle of the night because of the lack of cleanliness and noise of a group party.
The reception looked at us weird.

Poor hotel

We spent a few days in this hotel. Too bad for the beautiful location, the rooms leave much to be desired, the dirt in the bathroom and especially in the toilet says a lot. It does not have 4 stars, maybe 3 stars and those with indulgence. The staff in the restaurant is young and strives, but the people at the reception are not kind at all, and the cleaning lafies are non-existent. After we checked in, we asked for the bathroom to be cleaned because it was dirty. I do not recommend accommodation in this poor hotel.
