Wow - Highly Recommend!!!

What a wonderful hotel. 10 out of 10 - I can’t fault it! Really luxurious, comfortable, beautiful surroundings and delightful hosts and staff. Dinner was seriously delicious. Our stay was too short but we managed to fit in a visit to the bear hide - a wonderfully exciting experience seeing bears in the wild.

Fabulous stay and dinner.

Exceptional gourmet food and good wines in fabulous castle setting. Very well appointed and comfortable rooms. Slept well. Attentive staff. Wonderful experience.

Live like a King in the timeless villages of Transylvania

The most stylish country Manor hotel in Eastern Europe. Rooms are ridiculously comfortable with huge wrought iron and glass showers, a huge freestanding bath, his and hers sinks, beds to get lost in and even a fireplace and wood for those cold winter evenings. Also loved the food, the menu was great and full of delicious things, although I settled on the steak which was tender, bloody and cooked to perfection. This is a fab place to come and relax and still something of a well kept secret, which is good as otherwise it would be relais chateaux or Michelin or both and impossible to get a room.

Historic buildings, a working farm, great food, a place to destress

The owners still live on the estate, which is a relatively easy drive from Brasov. They have made it into an attractive place for families or couples to relax, with a high quality kitchen and cellar. Romanian food with some international additions, including Indian dishes. Excellent spa with a skilled masseur. It is a good base to explore the region, with special emphasis on the Hungarian language part of Transylvania. Or you leave the car, and use a bike or good hiking boots to explore. Maybe you borrow one of the horses bred on the estate.

Relaxing Family Weekend

It was the perfect place to spend quality time with our family and friends.
The environment is stunning-peaceful, scenic, and a perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable and the food was delicious
One of the highlights for all of us, especially the kids, were the friendly dogs on the property. They added so much charm and joy to our stay.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful retreat.
