Poor Service

Not recommended at all.Any dort of hotels should be operated with people who have atleast 1% hospitality in their blood.no welcoming no welcome drinks ( welcome drinks not mandatory)
When I arrived they said there is no booking
I requested for an early check in but no-one bothered to response.
From the beginning they were very curious to secure the room payment.
Before arriving to the hotel I called and asked whether they have ice cubes they said they do have when I arrived and requested for ice cubes.I received 5 ice cubes in a ceramic bowl. Then when I wanted more they said that they do not have. Requested for some tissues it never arrived.
Bed linen was with stain, on the sink there was a hair particel from previous guest. Mosquitos in the room.
Balcony full of dirty shoes and clothes everywhere.
Not a place to revise and I will not recommended to anyone.
The boy at reception is always on vedio calls.no supervisor by management.
All have a bad attitude towards guests, Zero customer service and hospitality.
Disheartened with the choice of my stay.

Amazing spot!

Very good hotel! Start with cosy and cute lobby cafe, continue with a super comfortable room! And cherry on the cake is kind and caring staff! Recommend this place in the heart of Kandy! Everything is near, I found incredible restaurants and coffee shops around! The best place to stay for couple of days

Pleasantly surprised

I booked this hotel last minute because of the location and price point. I was very skeptical and didn’t expect much because I only saw one review on TA. I was pleasantly surprised because it is better than I expected. This is a no frills hotel. It’s clean, comfortable bed and excellent location. I decided to stay an extra night. The owner is a very nice older gentleman.

Overall best and most underrated Hostel in Kandy

This place is definitely the best place to stay if you wanna be in the city center close to a lot of local shops and restaurants and walking distance to the temple of the tooth, central market, mall and so on. Very short tuktuk rides everywhere else. We couldn't find a more convient location in Kandy! The staff is exceptionaly nice and helped us with everything we needed and provided top notch on point information (they where able to answer all our complicated questions with ease) and a lot of friendly conversation :) The beds are super comfortable and very reasonably priced and they have the cleanest and nicest Bathrooms we've come across in sri lanka! Also there is a nice resturant if you don't wanna go out to eat on a lazy day and they have a cool rooftop to see kandy!!
