SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - Delist Olala Homes from Booking.com
SCAM! My confirmed booking was cancelled by this property because Olala Homes’ revenue department apparently failed to include the mandatory cleaning fee in the advertised price. This constitutes a clear breach of Booking.com’s requirement that all compulsory charges be disclosed upfront and that confirmed reservations be honoured at the price accepted at the time of booking. In effect, this was an unlawful post‑contractual re‑pricing attempt by the property.
Rather than accepting responsibility or honouring the confirmed contract, the property attempted to shift liability onto Booking.com and asserted that a 24‑hour warning message had been sent, a communication I never received. The cancellation was initiated by their revenue department, after which the system auto‑cancelled my reservation without my knowledge or consent.
The conduct was misleading, disruptive, and entirely avoidable. Consumers are entitled to transparency, accurate price disclosure, and good‑faith performance of confirmed bookings, not hidden fees, retrospective price adjustments, or blame‑shifting. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against using this provider and urge Booking.com to review and delist partners who engage in such practices.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Do not book with this accommodation!! It all went wrong from when we arrived at the property. The accommodation we were originally given had rubbish, people's suitcases (open) and clothes lying everywhere. It took an hour for the hosts to realise we were given the wrong room. To make matters worse our actual accommodation couldn't be accessed and we spent 3-5 hours waiting for maintenance to turn up and try to fix our issue with the door. Another hour or so had gone by and we were informed we had to stay at one of their other properties for the night. Throughout our stay, other residence in the building littered on our terrace (with food waste) and poured water on us from higher up rooms. We had made the hosts aware of this but nothing happened whatsoever. By the end of the stay it was justified that a partial refund was in order, but we received no refund from the property for the inconvenience of not having our room for the first night, travel expenses to get to and from the other property we stayed in or for the grief of dealing with troublesome residence. 8 months later I received a small refund from Booking.com as the property wouldn't respond to our emails.

Horrible experience
Olala apartments are a SCAM, we booked through booking.com. And we tried to cancel the reservation because the neighborhood was very bad and sketch lots of drug dealers, Olala gave us a number to call and deal with cancellations instead scammed us with cancellation fees, repeatedly telling us our credit card was declined but we got charged more, the name of the charges on the card was from Flights Services which was basically a scam company.

Scammers! Stay away!
Not even a real company, they will take your money and provide you with no service. Many other places to choose from with a much better reputation. They took my money and didnt even show me qn apartment or room or anything. Am pretty sure its a front for scammers. Stay away and take your money elsewhere.

They are not so kind and very greedy people.
I've just asked do not refund but only change the dates because of Mobile Word Congress cancellation. But they are not so kind and very greedy people. They rejected me. If you plan to visit the event like Mobile World Congress, it is pretty sure that you want to book non-refundable fare. And you should know if you will have any force majeure situation like coronavirus you will not be able just to change the dates, nothing. I just want you to know it about these apartments.
