Helpful with lost luggage. Also due to missed flight connection we lost our reservation for 4 nights due to miscommunication but they rebooked us into a deluxe room for our remaining nights at no extra cost. Lovely overall experience.

Felt like royalty…

We had a 2 night stay on a post cruise. We walked the city, had incredible food and cappuccinos. The rooms were elegant and comfortable. Our requests were met immediately with courtesy. The breakfast had so many choices, with exquisite atmosphere. The roof top bar/ dining was relaxing….drinks and cigars every night! Fantastic. The attention to detail was wonderful as an end to celebrating our 25th Anniversary. Thank you for a memorable experience1

Casa Fuster Hotel - Experience

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it ideal for exploring Barcelona and enjoying the surrounding area. The service provided by the bell staff and dining room employees was outstanding; they were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
However, the front desk staff have significant room for improvement. They should demonstrate greater initiative and willingness to find solutions for guests, as their approach felt somewhat inflexible and limited.
I also had to request a room change because of a strong musty smell combined with an incense-like scent or a similar fragrance. In addition, the bathtubs are very high and may be dangerous, particularly for older adults or guests with limited mobility.
Overall, the hotel stands out for its excellent location and the outstanding service provided by many members of its staff. However, management should improve the front desk experience, address the humidity and odors in the rooms, and evaluate the safety and accessibility of the bathtubs.
