Extremely Disappointing Stay – Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced
When we reported the issue to the main reception the next day, we were met with disbelief and essentially told to “go away” while they looked for evidence of what we were saying. When we returned the following day, they had done absolutely nothing and still wouldn’t acknowledge that there had been any issue at all.
As predicted by the repair technician, the lock broke again the following night, once again leaving us locked out for nearly two hours while someone came to realign the lock. Since we were leaving early the next morning, we phoned and emailed the situation to reception. Their response? They insisted there had been no issue with the door despite the fact that the technician himself had filed a report stating the lock was faulty and needed urgent attention.
At no point did we receive an apology for the inconvenience, the stress, or the fact that three women were left sitting on a poorly lit stairwell for hours at night in an unfamiliar city. The replies we received were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. We even attempted to escalate the matter to the CEO, only to have our emails and messages ignored.
This was, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here.

Nice apartment, saddly lack of real customer care once you checked out.
There was a small issue with the hot water in the shower – it was more lukewarm. At times, it switched to completely cold or boiling hot. But for the quick showe it was fine.
Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a situation where we were promised luggage storage after check-out. On Sunday, when we were leaving, the office was closed (apparently due to illness), and as a result, we had to store our luggages at our own expense for 80 EUR. (Group of 10people) The accommodation refused to reimburse us due to their office policy. Had we known this from the start, we would not have chosen this apartment.

Great location
Had a bit of difficulty finding the office. However, a quick phone call confirmed we were just around the corner.
The apartment was clean, spacious and in a quiet location. We got access early at 12.30 which was much appreciated.
There are plenty of bars and cafes nearby and it is a good spot for exploring the city.
Would definitely use this company again when returning to Barcelona. Just wish our stay was a bit longer as we had a great time.
