Hotel Joya
Nằm ở Benidorm, cách Bãi biển Levante 18 phút đi bộ, Hotel Joya cung cấp chỗ nghỉ có hồ bơi ngoài trời theo mùa, chỗ đậu xe riêng, sân hiên và nhà hàng. Khách sạn 3 sao này cung cấp quầy bar. Khách sạn có bể sục, quầy lễ tân 24 giờ và Wi-Fi miễn phí ở toàn bộ chỗ nghỉ. Great stay
On arrival check in was fast a lovely welcoming man call ceser checked us in had a cheeky joke with us too rooms very clean cleaners was very friendly always happy hotel was very clean pool area was great a bar out side to buy drinks snacks we had pizza and cheese chips was very nice good price always serviced with a smile by a lovely lady with blond hair didn't get her name pool area also very clean will be bk next year thanks guys

Good and Bad
Hotel and staff fine, rooms fine restaurant/dining experience on an evening we went in was horrendous the family/owners children were running round, very loud and unruly.
We paid good hard earned money to book this holiday, it was bedlam, no control was applied regarding the children.
This is not acceptable when people go to the restaurant for a nice quiet meal.
Pool area was good, a bit unkempt, artificial grass was filthy in some areas and the umbrellas looked really shabby, also not enough sunbeds or umbrellas for shade during the hot season.
The sunbed covers were very smelly and dirty, need to be waterproof covers not easy soak up sweat and water absorbent YUK.
Food was acceptable and enough choice not to go hungry, bacon for breakfast very fatty, scrambled egg very powdery tasting, not that warm either, there was a microwave to warm food if desired.

Honest review of hotel joya
We are a group of 22/23 year olds and stayed here for a week. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel joya! It is clean and ideal for a group of people if you’re having a more active holiday.
Location- 10-15 minute walk from the strip and near the levante beach. The location is ideal we never had any issues walking places and it is not too far from the old town either. It is nice and quiet but there is also plenty to do.
Rooms- our rooms were clean! The only fault we had was the balcony doors do not lock and the shower curtain is just an inconvenience. Other than that the rooms were spotless, we never used our tv but that’s just because we liked to explore Benidorm rather than being sat inside.
Beds were very comfy, we had a good night sleep almost every night.
Staff- Friendly enough, we did not have much interaction with them.
Pool- Sunbeds aren’t great quality and they were uncomfy to lie on. There isn’t loads of sunbeds but as long as you are awake for 9 we never struggled to get them. You would struggle if you woke up later.
The pool is quite deep but there is another pool which is ideal for little ones. ( I am 5 foot 8 for reference and struggled to touch the floor in most of the pool)
Food- not great- we decided to eat our breakfast out every day due to it being below average. No sausages, cakey tasting scrambled egg. Coffee was great tho.
The poolside food is better however we decided to eat out most days.
Facilities- there is a cute little hut at the pool to get drinks, snacks, ice cream and hot food from. They also have vending machines but they only take coins- still useful to have we knew to get change and used it a couple of times.
One complaint is that the cleaner came in when we were asleep one day, and we did not have a sign to put on our door so that she knew to miss us. It was just a bit alarming at 8am on a morning and we were abit startled. This happened again the morning after and once told no thank you to cleaning, she continued to ask if we wanted her to clean. We said no after being woken up again.
Overall we enjoyed our stay it was just your basic hotel and was ideal for relaxing through the day and navigating our way back to on a night.

Not bad. Needs a fresh look.
Reasonable location. About a ten minutes walk to old town.
My partner and I stayed for 10 days.
Hotel is a little tired but is spotless and maids clean daily. Majority of staff are incredibly polite and courteous, though the outside bar could do with more stock space. They spent most of the time going back to the main bar to get stuff as they did t have it in the hit. These guys run about like mad.
Pool is nice but the area around the pool needs to be updated. Majority of the beds and brollies are broken. Plus there is two daily struggle for beds that even with a rule to not save beds it's not enforced and unless you get there at 9am when they open you won't get a bed.
We did bed and breakfast, breakfast was basic but reasonable quality. Didn't try the cooked breakfast but I looked ok.

Lovely, friendly hotel
Lovely hotel in a quite area but easy to reach the beach, strip or old town within 10min walk.
The staff are polite, generally speak Spanish but you can get by asking what you need too. The guy in the pool bar was fabulous, funny and friendly.
Pool was lovely but quite deep. And the pool area open at 9am. Enough sunloungers are seating areas for everyone.
Breakfast was basic but tasty. Not consistent though with the same foods.
Walls are thin and you can hear peoples conversations Not too much of an issue and only woken up once when they came in. Great hotel and I would stay again.
