Clean and welcoming
It was a great experience! Lovely and clean and the gentlemen on the desk in the evenings (can’t remember his name so sorry, but beginning with M) was so helpful, pleasant and welcoming!

Nice quiet hotel.
A hotel that I highly recommend.
Due to the quality of its Service, its ideal and very quiet location, its neat and modern decor.
A real pleasure to stroll around its pool and canopy beds.
Very easy to park in the nearby streets and quick access to the port for a good dinner.

Mid to not say bad..
The staff at this hotel is unfriendly and unhelpful (one of the front desk employees even has a tattoo of a hand giving the middle finger, which says it all).
I reported air conditioning issue in the room several times, but no solution or compensation was offered, and my room stayed uncomfortably hot. I don’t understand why there’s a control unit in the room if the AC is central..
The rooms are just average - renovated, but nothing special. Overall, a very disappointing stay and I would certainly not recommend!

HOSTEL VIBES!!!!!
Unfortunately this place is more like a hostel with hotel charges!!
I woke up and went to grab coffee as there is no facilities in the room to make your own, I was told you cannot get a coffee. I couldn’t buy one, I had to buy the whole breakfast.
Although yesterday I was able to buy coffee? It’s like a clown town.
Something else to add, is if you like privacy then to not book a room by the pool. As the restaurant is underneath and open until nearly midnight, everyone can see in your room.
I even had a hotel staff member shout up to my balcony to ask me to come down for happy hour which I thought was very rude and an invasion of privacy when I was trying to relax
I definitely won’t be staying here again. Not worth the € for a hostel. Also THE AIRCON they tell you it’s at 17 degrees for the whole hotel. But it does not work very uncomfortable in July and august here

Pleasant, Quiet Hotel
Hotel Santanyí Port is a terrific option in Cala Figuera. It’s pleasantly quiet, and the fairly recent renovations definitely show (in a good way). The rooms are spacious and in great condition, the pool is lovely, and the staff is friendly. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning - it’s not very powerful to begin with, and it shuts off when you open the door to the terrace (and didn’t turn back on unless the door was closed a specific way in our room). That said, the staff was helpful with resolving the issue, and our room was cool enough once the AC was fixed. The restaurant is also very good, and the street parking is convenient if you have a car.
Overall, we had a great stay here! On top of being a pleasant hotel in its own right, it’s also a very short walk to the nearby grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive to many of the island’s most beautiful beaches. Unless you’re willing to pay a premium to have a view of the sea, this hotel is your best bet in Cala Figuera!
