Truly wonderful
It has a wonderful atmosphere and the rooms were equally impressive. However, it was the charming, helpful gentleman that looked after us on reception that made our experience perfect. We were treated to welcome drinks, offered an upgrade and helped by Rafael who assured us our daughter who is a Coeliac would be catered for. For us it was actually Rafael who made our visit. We would return here without a doubt and whatever you do - don’t miss the sunset view on the roof terrace of the Mezquita, it’s truly magical.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for taking the time to share such kind words about your stay with us.
It was truly a pleasure to welcome you and your family to the Balcón de Córdoba. I am especially happy to know that you felt well looked after during your stay and that we were able to make your visit a little more special. It was also a pleasure to ensure that your daughter felt comfortable and well catered for with her dietary needs.
Your kind words about the atmosphere of the hotel, our rooms and, of course, the rooftop terrace mean a great deal to all of us. I am delighted that you enjoyed the sunset views over the Mezquita — it really is one of those magical moments that Córdoba has to offer.
Thank you once again for your lovely words. It was a pleasure to have you as our guests, and we would be delighted to welcome you and your family back to the Balcón de Córdoba whenever you return to our beautiful city.
Warmest regards,
Rafael

Great experience
The service has been very good from the beginning to the last moment, everyone was very courteous. The breakfast was spectacular; I could choose from 4 main options, and the truth is that everything was delicious.
My room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I loved waking up to views of the Mosque of Córdoba.
