Experience in the spa

It has been a fantastic stay.
Great and very friendly all workers, whether on the thermal circuit, how in the dining room and cleaning, practically entirely, women.
The fantastic food and the group we shared our days there, very good.
I totally recommend this spa.

Bad experience.

What a shame, as the exterior is very beautiful, but the facilities are old, the rooms have very neglected furniture, the bathroom is very deficient, and it is very hot without air conditioning; the spa is very outdated and needs updating.

Waiting for maintenance.

The spa's medical plan is identical for everyone. Facilities, especially the shower with jets without temperature control. People in charge of shifts need to take empathy and assertiveness courses.

DREADFUL

A dreadful experience. It is an extremely expensive hotel for the poor quality it offers. To begin with, the photos do not show how far it is from the beach. They include two circuits, but the so-called "King's Pools" are not worth it: they are four poorly placed jets that do more harm than relax, and the water was freezing.
The room was very basic and neglected. They do not have double beds, the bathtub barely has light for showering, the television is tiny, and overall, the facilities leave much to be desired for the price they charge.
The buffet was also a disappointment: very poor and of low quality. Moreover, the photos they show correspond to the buffet of another hotel, which has nothing to do with the actual restaurant. The entire complex is quite neglected and could be maintained much better.
Another detail is that, although they have interior access to the pool, they force you to enter from the outside, so if it rains, you end up soaked.
Check the bill very carefully before paying, because they may try to charge you for things you did not consume. And if you go to the beach, bring flip-flops from home or buy some outside, because there they charge you €5 for a pair of poor-quality foam rubber ones.
In conclusion, it is much more worthwhile to choose an Airbnb than to stay in this hotel.
