very cheap and excellent
Would definitely recommend and visit again if I ever come back.
The only thing was the wifi in the room that wouldn't always work.
But the kitchen was super nice.

The worst experience of my life — hotel was locked, no refund provided.
The worst experience of my life — hotel was locked, no refund provided.
"We paid for 2 nights, but upon arrival, the door was locked. We were forced to wait outside for 30 minutes for a staff member to appear. We were denied check-in, even though the hotel never sent a cancellation notice and refused to refund our money.
The staff’s behavior was appalling and inhumane: they refused us a glass of water, wouldn't let us use the restroom, and even denied us the Wi-Fi password so we could book alternative accommodation. As a result, we were left stranded on the street with a paid receipt in our hands.
To make matters worse, while waiting outside, we met another guest who warned us that the rooms were filthy and the bedding was damp. The management is ignoring all our messages (we reached out 5 times). This is a scam. We will be pursuing a chargeback through our bank."

Terrible.
Already from the arrival the reception was negative, we waited 15 minutes before being able to enter, those who welcomed us seemed annoyed and forced to do that work. Turning to the rooms I would say that the term plus i dicato is terrifying!
Dirty rooms, bathroom in indecent conditions and icing on the cake the cockroach strolling blissfully in the toothbrush.
Avoid it while you still have time!
