Good hotel in Ponferrada

Hotel in excellent condition, very well maintained and with good sound insulation. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. Breakfast offers a great variety and is good quality, and the food is not bad at all.

SHAMEFUL!!

We were stunned when, upon entering the bathroom and lifting the toilet lid, we saw that someone had done their business and, by the look and smell, that had been there for a few hours already. It is incredible that a room is handed over in that condition.
They changed our room, but the new one had an accessible bathroom with a shower tray without a screen, so every time you showered, the whole bathroom flooded.
Honestly, we expected some gesture from the hotel: a discount, an invitation to breakfast, or any detail for the inconvenience. However, at the front desk, they told us that they could not do anything.
Well, nothing, it must be normal for someone to use the customers' bathroom and not even think to flush the toilet...
