I enjoyed staying here during my last night in Spain. Not far from the airport so it made sense for a smooth departure. Beautiful property, I ate at the restaurant for dinner and was very disappointed in the food & the service. That’s my one and only complaint.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and overall had a pleasant experience, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful environment. The staff were consistently friendly, and the receptionist was particularly polite and helpful. The swimming pool and restaurant were enjoyable, and the cleaning team kept everything well maintained throughout my stay.
There were a few practical issues. The charging points in the room weren’t Type‑C or modern, so I had to use an adaptor, and even then the electricity output wasn’t ideal — it took much longer than usual to charge phones. The fridge in the room was also quite small, which wasn’t convenient given the warm weather and the need to keep plenty of drinking water cool. The Wi‑Fi was free, but the coverage and speed weren’t perfect across all areas of the hotel.
One major convenience was the free 24/7 parking within the hotel grounds. This was extremely helpful, especially since parking around the hotel and nearby streets is limited. Having secure on‑site parking added peace of mind regarding the safety of the car. First aid was also available at reception, which is reassuring.
The hotel is located in a hilly area, so if you plan to walk around, be prepared for some steep paths and uneven terrain — something to keep in mind during hot weather.
Despite some outdated room amenities and weaker Wi‑Fi, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, friendly service, and good cleanliness. I would recommend it if you value calm surroun

Hotel was nice, room was good - older but clean, no complaints air conditioner worked great and beds were comfortable enough. The staff were very unfriendly, were rude and not helpful when it came to anything we asked or needed. Talked to other residents staying and they had the same issue. Would not stay again solely based of off bad customer service.

Shabbiness at the price of a good hotel.
SHABBY
When you book a hotel where "you only sleep" for 170 euros/night plus a 1.99 fee, you come convinced that everything will be correct...
In this hotel, it is not like that! The rooms are like those in a boarding house, with a dirty and broken fridge, a repainted and rusty bathroom, a tiny soap bar, a sink that doesn't drain, barely any water pressure for the shower, sunken beds that hurt you, and zero outlets...
We saw a sign saying they are renovating, which they desperately need! But we haven't seen any intervention or discount.
Not recommended!

PITIFUL END TO AN UNFORGETTABLE TRIBUTE!!!!
On May 31, 26, we had a celebration/anniversary of friends and colleagues at the hotel. It was organized by our friends from Barcelona (we came from all over Spain). Everything was wonderful, special mention to Jordi (maître), Nicolas, Ramón, and Teresa (servers), and Thierry (reception). After lunch, some of us were having soft drinks on the terrace that one of our friends ordered, and supposedly, a very friendly blonde lady (that’s me) told the waiter to charge the bill to my room. Our good friend, before leaving, went to pay for the soft drinks he had ordered, they charged him, and he went home with his family. Everyone started leaving, and only three of us remained (my husband, our friend, and I) who are from Madrid and were still staying at the hotel. When the three of us were having dinner on the terrace, a waiter came and asked if we were from the celebration that had been having soft drinks on the terrace; we said yes, and he informed us that the bill had not been paid. We told him that we would, of course, pay, and he asked for our room number. The next day, we were charged for the drinks. And we returned to Madrid happy and content. At noon, we sent a voice message to our friend, and in the afternoon, when we were talking on the phone with him, he said he did not understand the joking and festive comments we had made. When we informed him of the situation, he was completely surprised because he had the receipt for the card payment of the drinks bill. My husband and I were stunned. We also had paid by card and had the payment receipt.
Since the young lady who was in charge of organizing the event had communicated that she would take 2 days off (Monday and Tuesday), our friend called her on Wednesday morning, and her response was that 3 days had already passed and the money could not be refunded (3 days since Sunday at 9:00 PM, when our friend paid? 3 days since 11:00 AM on Monday when we paid?). This young lady told him (for discretion, I will not give her name) to go with his wife to have something at the hotel, and that would settle the debt. A good solution, given that our friends live at the other end of Barcelona and would also have to use their own gasoline. CONGRATULATIONS TO THIS YOUNG LADY!!!!!
We hope that the hotel uses the amount from the bill for the necessary and urgent renovations it needs. WHAT A SHAME!!!!
