Great accommodation in Torla

All excellent. Spacious room, comfortable bed (mattress) and pillow (unusual in hotels), very good and varied breakfast (without hot kitchen) and, above all, great friendliness of Raul and Carmen: they are in everything, and always attentive to make their customers' stay as comfortable as possible.

Bittersweet Experience

We visited Torla and surrounding areas this past July. We stayed in the Rusell Apartments, specifically in one of its loft studios. We had a bad experience. About the apartment and location, we have no complaint, had everything, was clean. We went to talk to the guys, because the air conditioning was loud (it was Saturday), even when it was off. We caught a week that was very hot, being a loft it is sunny all day and it was very hot in the apartment. They told us a technician was coming Monday and he never came. Totally the stay was not at all comfortable for us and made us a bittersweet experience.

FABULOUS STAY

We spent a few days in Torla and stayed in one of their apartments; To begin with Raúl's treatment, the person who manages the accommodation was unbeatable and very close, giving us advice and indications of everything we could do in the area. The apartment was great and had everything you could need. Thank you Raúl for your passion in what you do.

Great central hotel and awesome staff

Georgia was so nice and spoke excellent English. She arranged a restaurant booking for us. The parking is so convenient there. The room was perfect really. No aircon unfortunately. Very happy with our stay. We didn’t try the breakfast but we did have a drink in the courtyard bar and that was good.
