Wonderful staff, spotlessly clean.

What a lovely stay we had.
I booked a two bedroomed appartment. When we arrived we did have that, but the bedrooms were upstairs. I am not good on stairs so we asked if we could change. They gave us another two bed appartment which was on one level. Nothing was too much trouble.
We really enjoyed our stay. Yes it was a bit of a walk, but we got taxis which are cheap and used grab a meal. The staff were all so friendly. I would go there again.

Space in Sukhumwit!

If you want a bit of space Teja's two bedroom apartments currently represent outstanding value ( June 2024). There's enough space in these properties to take a horse for a walk! OK the rooms are a little bit lived in but the rooms are clean and comfortable, everything works and the kitchen is actually equipped : kettle, microwave, toaster etc. Plenty of storage and hanging space. Big lobby. Nice spacious feel. There might be a small hole rip in the sofa. The lift is a little small ... but the pluses compensate for these issues. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, free transfers to the main drag at Sukhumwit Road up to 9:00 pm, ( a huge benefit although you have to get back on your own), a pool and small fitness room; additionally a self-service (pay) laundry: reception have coins and detergent. We travel mob-handed : mum and dad and two teenage kids so absolutely fantastic for us. Super-fast 5G internet also means it's possible to tune into all your favourite channels. We were so happy we extended our stay from five to seven days. You've been telt!

Good average quiet place to stay

The location is a bit far from bts but after a few days of stay we used to it. They have shuttle to bring us to bts but we need to walk back.
Facilities a bit old but clean, service is ok. The pool is relax and the whole place is quiet although close to Nana nightlife venues.
Hot water a bit slow temperature is ok.

Didnt like it

I went there with my friends, we waited for hours after check in even though the check in time was aldready there. Looked like somebody went with a knife and scrabbed all the floors, the tabels had dirt on them, the glas table under the tv was broken, you cant go sunbathing in the pool there are no bench and the pool is build at a location so the sun dosent shine there and the wifi doesent work at all.
