Excellent hotel for tourist holidays in Istanbul

Very pleasant hotel and responsive staff, rooms clean well. The rooms themselves are small but quiet, no noise, good air conditioning, there is tea, tea, coffee and water. The pleasant receptionists Omer and Ahmet helped with baggage and questions about the city, offered coffee, tea and provided all necessary assistance at our request. Beautiful view from the terrace, a great advantage of the hotel - breakfasts overlooking the Bosphorus. Never regretted choosing this particular hotel.

Lovely hotel, perfect lication

Stayed here for 8 nights. Lovely hotel. Staff are so helpful, starting before you even get through the door. Reception was super helpful with advice on where to go and directions, always welcoming us back and asking about our day. The Turkish breakfast was lovely with lots of variety, staff here too were always smiling and helpful. Had an evening meal here too, one of our best meals. The view from the rooftop restaurant is spectacular. Even the cleaners where super friendly. Our room was cleaned, with new towels everyday and fresh bottled water daily. Perfect location too for attractions. About a 5 minute walk to the Blue Mosque, Sagia Sophia, Topika Palace, Grand Bazaar ect. Would definitely stay here again should we ever return to Istanbul.

Great location, lovely staff

We stayed here for four nights for our wedding anniversary trip. The hotel is very conveniently located for sightseeing - a five minute walk to Hagia Sophia, fifteen minutes to the Grand Bazaar, and five minutes to the tram for visiting Galata Tower and the city walls, with shops and lots of places to get food all around.
The restaurant terrace has a lovely view across the city. Breakfast was included on our trip and had a nice buffet selection, we also had dinner here and the food was good.
The staff at Arden City are lovely and made us so welcome. Reception helped us with a map to get around the city, and brought us a packed breakfast when we were going out too early for the restaurant. The restaurant staff also went out of their way to be pleasant and friendly. The room staff cleaned the room well and quickly, it was done every morning before we got back from breakfast and they made sure we always had a bottle of water.
I'd really recommend this hotel if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere and a good location.

Best hotel and reception in Istanbul.

Wonderful hotel! Arrived later than reported, we were expected, despite the delay. Administrator Omer quickly and kindly checked into the room, helped with any questions, with excursions, with landmarks in the city, for helping him special thanks! He speaks Russian and English, which is a big plus. The location of the hotel is best not invented, from the balcony views of Sofia, the Bosphorus and the Blue Mosque. Deluxe room. Thank you very much Arden City! Next time we come, we'll just stop here.
