Bullshit

Absolutely insane! Don't go You'll regret your money. High sound music in the room at 2:30 p.m. Hotel where alcoholics stay. Screams! We couldn’t sleep through the void. The upstairs rooms sound like you’re staying together downstairs. Totally insane.

Merhaba,
Değerli geri bildiriminiz için teşekkür ederiz. Konaklamanız sırasında yaşadığınız olumsuz deneyim nedeniyle gerçekten üzgünüz.
Belirttiğiniz tarihte restoran bölümümüz kiracı işletme tarafından yönetiliyordu. Restoran kaynaklı gürültünün konaklama deneyiminizi olumsuz etkilemiş olmasını üzüntüyle karşılıyoruz.
Günümüzde restoranımız yeniden kendi yönetimimiz altında hizmet vermekte olup, misafirlerimizin huzuru ve konforunu ön planda tutan önemli düzenlemeler ve iyileştirmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir.
Geri bildiriminiz bizim için değerlidir. Sizleri yeniden ağırlayarak bugünkü hizmet anlayışımızı deneyimleme fırsatı sunmayı dileriz.

1 night accommodation

The hotel concept was better than I expected, but a restaurant on the side that does not belong to them should definitely not be next to such a quiet hotel. We encountered people causing problems outside due to the sound of music and alcohol until late hours. While sitting in the lobby, we got restless and had to go to our rooms. Every detail in the room was considered and clean. Since there was no dinner alternative, we tried to find food outside. Eating in the lobby is prohibited, and since we had a child with us, our restaurant alternatives were limited. The staff were helpful and friendly.
