A great base for Zurich
The room window was very low - you needed to duck to look out and it is basically at street level. Because of this and the fact that people sit outside eating and drinking, you really needed to leave your curtains shut when in the room.
There is a lot of vibrations and sound from the trains frequently, but it is not overly loud - just more vibrations. Other than this, the hotel was very quiet. The bathroom seems newly renovated, but the rest of the room seems a little older. The aircon didn't seem to go below about 23 degrees celsius which was fine for when we were there, but may not be cool enough if in the middle of summer. There was a large safe, plenty of storage room, coffee making facilities and the room was on the larger side.

Thank you for your detailed review. We’re glad you enjoyed our central location by the Limmat, the nearby amenities, and the room size and facilities, as well as the welcome Lindt chocolate.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the street-level windows, noise and vibrations from the trams. Our rooms are equipped with an air flow system.
We hope to welcome you back again in the future.
We look forward to welcoming you back.
Kind reards

We were given an upgrade to a balcony city view
Could not recommend this hotel anymore
Only one negative is that to get into the shower bath it was quite high and quite slippery a rail to help get out would be a help
Note that we are quite mobile so even we found it difficult
But it would not stop us from staying there again
