The hotel is very new, not far from the ancient city of Huizhou, it is very convenient to travel, the room facilities are complete, the quality of breakfast needs to be further improved, maybe it is because there are fewer staff during the Chinese New Year

When I first entered the hotel, I thought it was pretty good, at this price! But after taking a shower, the water really made me catch a cold. The security guard was very good. There were not many guests staying that day, and the water tank was not hot enough! The next day was basically full, no surprises, no hot water from night to morning! ! ! It’s really helpless not to take a hot bath to relieve fatigue when traveling in winter! Give the hotel some suggestions, this water tank should be dealt with quickly!

Thank you for staying in our hotel during the Spring Festival Golden Week, and thank you for your recognition of our hotel! Sorry for the bad experience you had during your stay. Due to the opening of the hotel and the epidemic period, there is no experience of full rooms in winter. The local temperature is basically around -5 degrees recently. In addition, the golden week has a large passenger flow, and the air energy and water temperature will not heat up for a long time, so the water temperature is not hot. Once again, I would like to say sorry to the guests who stayed during this golden week. Now we have made a plan with the manufacturer, and the construction after the festival will completely solve the problem of hot water! Welcome to choose us for your next trip to Huangshan, and give us a chance to apologize!

In this winter, it was several degrees below zero at night, the central air conditioner stopped blowing, and the temperature could not be turned on, and the bath water temperature was not very hot. I asked the hotel to add a quilt to keep warm, and the answer was that there was no quilt! And there is one less quilt on the mattress, one word describes "cold"

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the center of the city. You need to drive out. The parking lot is super big. The room I stayed in was not warm enough and I changed another room. The train passing by at night was too noisy and I didn't sleep well all night.
