Nice place. Would recommend.

Nice place and easy to find. It is only 300 Mts from the shops & restaurants and is situated on the beach front. The basement garage is open & you can easily access the lifts from there leaving me to question security? Curiously you need key activated access from the first floor…..
The balcony is spacious and gives a good view out to sea. The room was well furnished and supplied with a small number of coffee & tea sachets, although you can purchase more from reception. The downsides are very few toilet rolls provided (our had just one which was partially used) & although we booked a single bedroom apartment there was actually a second bedroom and shower which will incur a charge if used.
Overall though it was very good & we would recommend.

Not Good enough.

It's a very long time since this was ever a 5 Star as per the brochure in the room. The Televisions or flat screens we fine they did their job the one in the bedroom sometimes had difficulty with local television, the one in the main room used a Foxtel box so no rear problems. Looked clean and tidy but on closer inspection there were some concerns. The managers really probably need to re-think why they are there, clearly they have not been into this room. When challenged they accused my partner who works in health as being a very rude person. I personally have never heard him be rude only have a sensible respectable conversation.

Whale Watching

The jury is out! Maybe overpriced for the unit we had. Open bathroom with little personal privacy was a little unsettling. Pool and spa were uninviting and were grubby.
Underground secure parking and easy access to the lift was a positive. Proximity close to weekend highlight - whale watching!

Below par for the price

We stayed two nights. The positive is the location which is close to beach, cafes and park. Sadly, simple things like a reasonable TV, light bulbs working and a comfortable bed were lacking. Be prepared, the middle units only have sliding doors and no insect screens. You have to have the doors open and experience insects or use the AC which seemed crazy in winter.

Spacious apartment

The apartment is very spacious and the reception staff were very friendly. The master bedroom had a TV and a jacuzzi, which was nice. The location is great and it was a walking distance to parks, restaurants and beach. The sport equipments and beach towels etc are available for hire at a cost, so it’s better to bring your own. We are pleased with our stay and would love to return.
