LARGE PARK WITH LARGE AND ROOMY SITES
Fantastic roomy park with ample and clean ammenities and facilities. Large sites for vans and motorhomes. There were some very large rigs which fitted with no problems on the sites. Massive resort style pool ( we heard maybe the largest pool in a caravan park in Australia ) and swim up bar together with adjoining but seperate water park. Fire pits on each site and very reasonable price to purchase fire wood. The team there keep you posted by text for events happening, fresh bread deliveries, pizza man on site, movies and activities

A little piece of heaven!
This park is amazing, beautifully maintained sites, amenities and facilities. The park is quiet and tranquil. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We loved that the park provides firepits, perfect to look at the stars at night. The pool is resort class. We would highly recommend staying at BIG4 Saltwater Yamba.

Fabulous holiday park, geared to families, but very expensive
We stayed for 4 nights over the Easter holidays in an unpowered tent site and had the most amazing time. The pool feels luxurious and we spent the majority of our time there. There are good facilities. The activities for the school holidays were fantastic - DJ Candi was a favourite! We loved the bar and the food trucks. The staff were all so happy and friendly.
Make sure to bring mozzie spray and note that the sites near the river are a big walk from the shower block - but luckily they had portaloos. We ended up driving to the shower block a couple of times because the kids didn't want to walk.
I've taken a star off for the cost - $180 a night for an unpowered site, even in the Easter school holidays, is a lot.

excellent experience !!
we stayed here on a powered site with our caravan for 3 nights during our trip back down the coast, excellent service, it defiently lived up to the hype, the lagoon pool was excellent, kids had a ball, swim up bar for the adults (some time was spent here haha) park is dog friendly, playground and little pool area for the little ones, also was a little pool tucked away if you didnt want to be in the big which was good, what was a plus for us that we didnt expect was each site came with their own personal fire pit, and were able to purchase wood from reception. Modern and clean amenities ! will defiently be back in the future, thanks again Big4 saltwater !!

Geared for families with young children
Was so looking forward to staying here but should have done my research. This is a great getaway if you have young children and want to get away and relax. Pool area is amazing with swim up bar outdoor cinema etc.
This park is way out of town no walking tracks and prob a 15 minute drive to Main Street. Courtesy buses from bowling or country club will not pick you up.
If you are booking check the park map first so you are near facilities otherwise they are a little walk. Could be more toilets spread out.
Not sure if there is more than one dump point but it’s poorly set up and was quite disgusting unfortunately.
If you are travelling without children choose another park closer to town. If the weather is bad there’s nothing to do.
