Excellent Accomodation

Great self serviced apartments with a great location right in the middle of the city.
Our experience was great from the moment we walked in the door with our super friendly receptionist Daniella making our checkin seamless and giving us great advice on the nearby attractions.
Apartment was modern, clean and very spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Highly recommend

Camping outside

A large group of homeless people set up camp directly under our window for 3 days. We were kept awake for 3 nights due to fighting, shouting, music playing etc

Thank you for your review Mandy. We are sorry to hear that you experienced some noise disturbances during your stay. Being a CBD location, unfortunately there is some noise beyond our control. However, if this was addressed with our reception or afterhours team during your stay we would have been happy to assist you. We note that we did not receive any feedback regarding this issue and were therefore unaware of the situation. Please feel free to reach out to our front desk to assist you in the future. Kind regards, Quest West End.
