Great and good value choice for Danang city centre. Very decent breakfast and gym was relatively well equipped

Great Staff . Breakfast experience was amazing.

I just wanted to share my families experience at the Danang Wink Hotel. It turned out to be a very convenient location and reasonably priced. The best surprise was the hotel staff. they were super friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast staff made you feel so welcome and pampered. Aly I believe her name was and her co workers provided a chair seat and asked if there was anything else . they were all such a delight. We will certainly be back . We really appreciated the hospitality!!!

Hit and miss

They’ve tried to reinvent the business model and it’s hit and miss. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room we were in and the machine in the lobby was not working.
The room was quite small, but the view compensated in spades (on the 17th floor).
They’ve tried to be cute with the design - the bathroom door doubles as the shower door. This can be tricky - and there are certainly not enough hooks.
Hallways are dark as are their carpets. What sins they hide heaven only knows.
The instructions for the washing machines are not intuitive.
The Hyatt branding might mislead people. Unless you are aware of the implications of the sub-brand.

Comfortable and Clean Stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice, and everything was well organized. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

James,Tram and Lee were by far the best hosts. They immediately addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I recieved the highest care. Although they don't have a pool (which other Wink hotels do) it was a great experiance. Location was near markets and only 15 mins away from the beach.
