Great hotel big rooms
Well I read reviews and I travel all over world and I am shocked. I just stayed here 4 nights and I couldnt complain about anything..unlike me
Staff so helpful and rooms very clean and spacious. Location perfect. Breakfast great. I for one would recommend and stay again. Staff went beyond there way to help with anytbing I required .

4-Star Scam Hotel in the middle of Slum
This Hotel is not for Indians. This is the worst hotel and highly not recommended for Indians. This is not 4 Star Category, but a scammed Hotel which doesnt meet 4 star standards. Dont Regret, after booking room here. Mr Duy from the sales team, he is very arrogant person who doesnt know how to talk to Guest. Overall Service is worst. When it comes to Cleaniness, its horrible. They kept used bathroom slippers. This hotel is just opposite to one of the Local slum and in front of the Hotel, there is Garbage Dump, when local slum people will come and dump their Garbage. Its Disgusting. When we questioned about service issues, without our permission they kept our baggages in the lobby and asked us to check out, this is hospitality you can get. My suggestion better take rooms near to Grandworld, Vinworld or Vinpearl. Otherwise, you will be end up staying in this Local slum area. All Hotel staffs are from this slum only. These are the Irresponsible people - Loafer Mr Duy, Useless Ms Tuyet and Unworthy Ms Hien. Dont spoil your Vacation mood by staying @ this slum hotel.

Stay Elsewhere – NOT a 4 star hotel as they claim!
From the moment we arrived, this place was a disaster. Staff initially refused us entry, only letting us in after I showed our booking confirmation. Reception was dirty, cluttered with old fans and cleaning equipment,.
We booked a two-bedroom apartment but received two connecting rooms instead. Both were stifling hot on arrival, and we were told we couldn’t keep the connecting door open as it would affect the already ineffective air conditioning. Each room only had one key, so the power and AC shut off when we left, meaning we constantly returned to unbearable heat.
The fridges didn’t work and were full of visible mould. Bathrooms were filthy, with hair in the showers and stained bathmats. There were no shower curtains, so water flooded the floors, and the showers were awkward and unsafe to access. Beds were uncomfortable with holes in the sheets.
The pool entrance outside our rooms caused constant wet floors and a mouldy smell. Noisy fans and exposed cords were left running in the hallway. Safe alarms kept going off, and only one was fixed. Breakfast was disgusting, and the dining area was so dirty we couldn’t eat there. Management was unreachable, only responding via WhatsApp until we asked for a refund—then they ignored us. Even Expedia struggled to contact them, and when they finally did, the hotel denied all issues.
Avoid this place! We left 2 days into our 8 days booked & stayed at the Crowne Plaza which was amazing!!

Do not stay here
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at: bathroom full of mould and water as no shower curtain; both fridges in the rooms do not work; ac is crap and only get one key so as turns off when you leave room; buffet breakfast is disgusting and the atmosphere is horrible; staff stalling when refund requested. Way overpriced for a motel style of accomodation.

Worst hotel in Phu Quoc Aquasun Hotel
Worst hotel, very rude manager, very very slow room service and house keeping, rooms have insects roaming around all over the room, even after complaining to the manager, he was not ready to change the rooms and only have us one or 2 options of the room. which had the same issues. Very stubborn and rude manager and no staff at all in the hotel for luggage and house keeping or room service.
