A cozy hotel in pleasant surroundings

We stayed there in April 2024. First of all, we give the hotel the highest rating of 5/5 because of the price-performance ratio.
The new hotel is located in a very quiet, newly built complex. A few minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach. You will find a few cafes and restaurants on site.
Our room has a small balcony, is very clean, big enough for 2 people, equipped with everything you need. Towels are changed daily if requested. We always slept very well. We didn't have breakfast.
We find the terrace in front of the hotel very cozy. The day can be ended relaxed with a glass of wine and nice conversations with other vacationers (we also met some from Germany).
The staff and the manager Huy are very nice and helpful. A lot of things are thought of: towels for the beach, kitchen for preparing small dishes, coffee machine, bicycles... so that the guests feel comfortable.
The hotel and its surroundings are very ideal for relaxing, reading books, walking, cycling, swimming.
We will be back!

Didn't like it.

Not matching the description. There are bikes, but they're all rusty and broken. There is no swimming pool by the hotels, there is a communal pool for all hotels in the circle. Linens are of poor quality, as are pillows with blankets. Bath towels economy class. Room service on request, room towels not changed every day and floors not cleaned. Breakfast is one egg(((

Excellent organization in the hotel

This hotel was chosen by me at random. But I'm really glad I booked this particular hotel. From the doorstep meets the hotel administrator with a sincere desire to help and make the hotel stay for tourists the most comfortable. My room was on the third floor. The hotel has an elevator. The room has everything you need. Snow white linen, towels, big bed. It was very nice that the room uses large containers with a dispenser with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. The hotel itself is quiet, peaceful, cozy. I had a few questions and requests, all of which were answered and helped, for which I am very grateful to the hotel representative. A sincere smile, a desire to help with everything, a concern captivated me. The hotel has a kitchen on the ground floor where you can cook. The hotel is in a peaceful location and suitable for long stays.

The best hotel in the area without a doubt

Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Simple hotel with lots of details and well equipped. The staff is super attentive, helpful, and very friendly. The receptionist, Mr. Vu, goes above and beyond for the guests. He took us to the supermarket with the electric car.
They have everything very well taken care of with plants, it is nice to have a coffee in the shade on one of the 2 terraces. The coffee is free and you can use the kitchen. They also lend free towels to go to the complex's common pool.
We feel at home. They also had a family room, compared to others in the area which have similar rooms but only doubles.
We have felt very comfortable. We would definitely return.

An amazing experience at Green Inn Phu Quoc Hotel!
Everything was wonderful. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Guests can use bicycles for free whenever needed, and there is also a free electric shuttle available for trips to the market.
One of the highlights is the fully equipped rooftop kitchen, which guests can use comfortably at any time.
My flight was scheduled for 5:00 PM, and I requested a late checkout until 3:00 PM. The hotel kindly allowed my family to stay without charging any extra fee.
If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay without unexpected extra charges, I highly recommend giving this hotel a try.👍
🌷Một trải nghiệm tại Green Inn Phu Quoc hotel
Quá tuyệt vời. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ nhân viên thân thiện. Xe đạp miễn phí khi bạn cần, đi chợ vẫn có xe điện tất cả đều miễn phí. Có hẳn 1 nhà bếp trên sân thượng đầy đủ tiện nghi bạn có thể sử dụng thoải mái . Mình có chuyến bay ra sân bay lúc 5pm, thuờng thì 12h trưa phải trả phòng, xin ở lại đến 03.00 chiều nhưng khách sạn vẫn vui vẻ và không tính thêm phí cho gia đình mình. Nếu bạn muốn có 1 nơi yên tĩnh thoải mái và mất thêm nhiều chi phí phát sinh không như mong muốn thì nên thử 1 lần đến khách sạn này. Like 👍
