A Gem in Hanoi's Heart: Exceptional Service and Comfort at La Siesta Hang Be

Stayed at La Siesta Hang Be for two nights in Hanoi's charming old quarter. While the location is walkable to the vibrant market, the Southeast Asian heat makes those steps feel considerably longer but, the hotel's exceptional service makes every moment worthwhile. La Siesta delivers genuine five-star hospitality. Every single department shines. The Front Desk, Bell Service, Restaurant, Housekeeping, Bar, and Laundry team all demonstrate remarkable attentiveness and professionalism. The Housekeeping staff deserves special recognition. When my sister required frequent ice applications following knee surgery, they never hesitated to deliver fresh ice upon request. They also ensured chilled water bottles were constantly available (they clearly recognized our appreciation for staying hydrated in the heat).
The breakfast buffet was a perfect balance of local Vietnamese specialties with familiar Western options, catering to all preferences. Evening drinks at the rooftop bar, accompanied by live violin music overlooking the illuminated old market, created memorable moments. Our laundry was delivered on time as promised.
Our room was immaculate and thoughtfully appointed, with a balcony with views of the bustling market below. This attention to detail from room presentation to staff responsiveness transformed what could have been an ordinary stay into something truly special.
La Siesta Hang Be isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary within Hanoi's vibrant chaos. It made our stay restful, comfortable, and unforgettable.

Got an upgrade to a room with a loft where the bed was, and also had a balcony.
A bit different look, design and feeling compare the more commonly modern sterile hotels.
I liked it a lot. Very good bed, ac, shower and internet.
Friendly staff. Friendly

We really enjoyed our stay here at La Siesta. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
The staff was very helpful and Linh Pham really went out of her way to make our stay special. We would stay there again.
