⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In Hanoi, the location and quality of the hotel was both satisfied!
The rooms were very clean and modern in an overall atmosphere. The beds and beds were full so we could sleep comfortably, and the refrigerator in the rooms, TV, desk, free drinking water, coffee and tea, bathroom amenities and other necessary facilities were well equipped so we didn't have any inconvenience during our stay. The large window showed the city of Hanoi was very open, and the condition of the rooms was very satisfactory.
⚡Breakfast
Breakfast was more than expected. The Vietnamese menu and the Western menu were prepared together, and especially the rice sauce made immediately was really delicious. A variety of fresh fruits, bread, salads, and egg dishes were also a good start to the day. The food was clean and the staff was friendly.
⚡Gym and unit facilities
There was a 24-hour fitness center so you could exercise freely at any time. The basic exercise equipment, such as the running machine, the bike and the drum was well equipped and the facilities were cleanly managed. The common lounge on the first floor was spacious and pleasant for a break or laptop work, and the hotel's overall modern and comfortable atmosphere was impressive.
⚡ Location and Service
Situated right in front of Hanoi Railway Station, the hotel is conveniently accessible to major tourist attractions such as Lake Huancham and St. Joseph's Cathedral, and the Kaffee Road Cafe. Staff were always friendly from check-in to check-out, and English communication was smooth and comfortable.
⚡ Applause
Location, room conditioning, breakfast, and facilities were all satisfying hostels. I would especially like to recommend it to those looking for accommodation in Hanoi or after the safari trip. At a reasonable price, experience the services and amenities of the Hilton brand, making this the next time you visit Hanoi a great choice.

Glad I Gave It a Try
We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a corner room. The room was spotless, modern, and a great value for the price.
The hotel is right next to Hanoi Railway Station, so you may hear the train horn occasionally. We actually didn’t find it bothersome at all, and we never experienced the noise issues mentioned in some reviews.
As a Hilton Honors member (and a member of several other hotel loyalty programs), I understand that every hotel brand has its own concept and price point. Some reviews here seem to expect five-star amenities from a select-service brand, which isn’t really a fair comparison.
Before booking, it’s always worth spending a few minutes learning about the hotel and its brand. It helps set the right expectations, and leads to more helpful reviews for everyone.

The best hotel choice in Hanoi Station
The hotel offers all the modern comforts and amenities of a contemporary property while retaining a sense of nostalgia through its unique views overlooking Hanoi Station. Be sure to choose a room with a station view, where you can watch the constant flow of travelers and locals going about their daily lives—a fascinating glimpse into the authentic rhythm of the city.
This is more than just a hotel. It is a place where the thousand-year-old culture of Vietnam’s capital comes alive, blending history, tradition, and modern life. It is also a place of connections, happiness, and journeys—where people depart with dreams and eventually return home to the ones they love.
