Clean room, big bed, good shower and good breakfast and afternoon tea. With a live show for afternoon tea. Asian twist of afternoon tea. Loved it. Also Friendly staff. Could definitely see myself staying there again!

Good quality
Very good experience from beginning to end. The airport pickup was well handled. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Overall, the staff were proactive and efficient. The room was well lit and the bed very comfortable. Toiletries were of high quality. Very good and substantial buffet breakfast and buffet tea for free. For teatime, there was live music every other day. Once it was a jazz band. Another time, it was a band of traditional instruments. The hotel is small, with just 9 rooms per floor, but well equipped, with a small rooftop pool, steam room and small gym. Despite being my first stay here, I was given an upgrade to a bigger room. There are a few minor things that can be improved. There is only one lift in the whole building, which is used by both guests and service workers, resulting in frequent long waits. The bath area has a faulty design, resulting in water flowing onto the bathroom floor when one is having a shower. As for the location, it is very convenient right in the center of town. However, the street outside is dirty and over-touristed.

Our stay at Silverland Yen was wonderful, but what made it even better was an associate named Danh, who went above and beyond with his hospitality. He never allowed us to carry anything to our rooms ourselves or open a door, and would rush to the elevator to push the button for us. He even went as far as personally booking us a car to the airport, with his own app and funds, just because he said he had a discount. We were touched by his incredible service and kindness. We will definitely be coming back.

Our Second Stay And Definitely Not Our Last!
We stayed at Silverland Yen Hotel with my family for three weeks, and I can honestly say that we had a wonderful experience.
I had already stayed at the hotel last year, and I enjoyed it so much that this year I decided to bring my family with me. The main reason I chose Silverland Yen again is the excellent service. The entire team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. You really feel well taken care of from the moment you arrive.
I have also stayed at New World Hotel, which I enjoyed very much as well, but I personally prefer Silverland Yen because it has a warmer, more familiar and personal atmosphere. It feels more like a place where you are genuinely welcomed rather than simply being another guest.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food and plenty of freshly prepared options. We really enjoyed starting our mornings there. The afternoon buffet was also a lovely touch and something we always looked forward to.
After spending three weeks here with my family, I can confidently say that we made the right choice. A huge thank you to the entire Silverland Yen team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate all your hard work and kindness.
We will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you again to the whole team
we look forward to seeing you again! ❤️
Best regards Kenny
