The best choice in the area

We have family in Attleborough and over the last few years I’ve stayed in most of the local hotels, and recently stayed in this wonderful place. It is the best by far in the area and will be our number 1 choice whenever we visit.
Check in was fast and efficient with very friendly and helpful staff, as were all the staff we encountered during our stay.
The room itself was spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and it had all the amenities you need. We slept very well, and in the morning we enjoyed a very high quality cooked to order breakfast, which was excellent.
The hotel is well located, within easy walking distance to the town, with plenty of free parking spaces available directly to the side of the hotel.
As an added bonus the hotel has a really nice bar and beer garden and also an excellent restaurant, and the service, the drinks and the food we had during our stay were also of excellent quality.

A Norfolk Gem

A real gem the Hotel offers excellent accommodation the rooms are clean smart and comfortable, the staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble , The food here is another levels my meal was quite simply excellent and good value for money so if you are a foodie your in for a treat. I was up for a funeral and they were so helpful, helping me sort out a taxi. The Hotel is a short walk from the railway station. so an ideal destination for those exploring east anglia by train

Gem off the beaten track...

I found the Mulberry after much searching for a comfortable hotel serving good food about 30 minutes out of Norwich. I booked it online (required) 4 hours before our arrival and I made an EXCELLENT choice. The building is quite smart outside (nothing out of the ordinary) but inside, Phil the owner provides a warm friendly welcome and really nothing is too much trouble for him. The 7 rooms upstairs are all smart (they look recently refurbished), large with large en suite bathrooms. Very comfortable including the beds. The dining room is comfortable but the highlight is the food. I had the pork fillet, my wife the sea bream fillet but the menu changes regularly, If this 'pub' (but much more) were near us in London then we would be regular visitors for meals. If you are travelling down the A11/M11 from Norwich to London then pull off the dual carriageway and stop over at the Mulberry Tree. RECOMMENDED!

Excellent place to stay!

We had a three night stay here whilst visiting family nearby. Our room was spacious with very good quality linen and comfortable bed, The bathroom had a bath and a separate shower and the toiletries supplied were good. We had breakfast each day which was cooked to order and dinner one evening - all the food was of good quality and well-cooked and presented. A nice touch was the provision of fresh milk rather than those UHT portions provided in most hotels. Overall a very good experience.
