We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. For the security deposit, you should be reimbursed within 7-14 days after check-out depending on your bank processing time, and subject to an inspection of the property. Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap in each bathroom One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen Some tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and salt ***Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. ***NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit. ***No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. ***No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.
