Keep hold of this staff member.

Excellent stay, was there with International walking football.
Jennifer was at reception, so professional at her job, approachable at more than one occasion. Very friendly fantastic people skills,

Awful stay

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and I woke up covered in bites despite having none before I arrived. I spent almost the entire evening in the hotel, only leaving briefly for dinner, so this was extremely concerning. Very noisy from local establishments.
When I reported it, I felt my concerns were dismissed, and the offer of a free breakfast did not address the issue. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again and will be using other hotels in the future.

Friendly staff but unfortunately car park is not secure

The hotel itself is good and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately my motorbike was stolen overnight despite having an alarmed disc lock and steering lock activated. The staff were helpful offering to look at CCTV if asked by the police, and they were genuinely concerned. It seems the hotel may be being targeted by vehicle thieves.
