What a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Chester!
My room was modern, comfortable, and very well equipped. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.
The bar and restaurant team were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. The food was absolutely superb, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. It was one of the highlights of my stay.
The location is perfect—just a short walk from Chester’s historic city centre, making it easy to explore this beautiful city.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the UK. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo Chester to anyone visiting Chester, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a lovely review following your stay with us.
We’re delighted to hear that you felt so welcome from the moment you arrived and that our team made such a positive impression. We couldn’t agree more that our staff are one of our greatest assets, so your kind comments will be a real pleasure to share with the team.
It’s also wonderful to hear that you enjoyed your room, comfortable bed and bathroom, and that you would recommend Hotel Indigo Chester.
I’m sorry, however, that breakfast did not meet the same standard. Your comments regarding the poached egg, sausages and timing of the cooked breakfast are certainly not what we want our guests to experience. We will share this feedback with our breakfast team so that we can ensure the quality and service are where they should be.
Thank you again for your recommendation and for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Chester again in the future.
Kind regards,
Peter

A romantic night away
We stopped in one of the Tudor rooms overlooking the church and it was stunning. Immaculately clean and decor was beautiful. Great hot drinks facilites. The shower was great too!
We will definitely return and recommend to all for a stay in Chester. Only a few minutes from the city centre, great location.
We used the Browns Yard Euro car park nearby and had no problems at all. Two minutes walk away and good value.
