Family summer
Enchanting place.
We stayed in the resort area in an apartment on the first floor because we were two adults and three kids aged 7, 13, and 14.
Very beautiful sea, just a pity about the storm surge from the previous winter that had taken away a little bit of sand.
Good restaurant.
Excellent service.
Light and polite entertainment, but still engaging.
Definitely to be repeated in the coming years.

Big Disappointment!!!!
A huge disappointment after 7 years: the Trezene Village is a thing of the past
**Rating:** ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
**Title:** Total decay, inaccessible sea, and nonexistent services. Never again!
We had been frequenting the Trezene Village for a good 7 years, but this year's experience was a cold shower and our **last time** here. It is incredible and disappointing how a property can deteriorate so much without even bothering to inform loyal customers of the drastic changes underway.
### ️ Beach gone and Sea INACCESSIBLE (and dangerous)
The most critical point concerns the private beach: it has significantly reduced in size, but the real problem is that the sea is totally inaccessible. Due to storm surges, huge rocks have emerged, forming a large, natural reef right in front of the village beach. The entire area has become impassable and extremely dangerous for anyone wanting to go for a swim. No one had warned us about this situation. If you go to the beach at a resort, you expect to be able to dive in, not to find yourself in front of an impassable and risky natural barrier.
### Entertainment: from "soft" to NON-EXISTENT
We had been told that the entertainment would be "soft," but the truth is that it was totally non-existent.
* **Kids' club:** It practically didn't work, a very serious disservice considering that the presence of the kids' club is the main reason why many families with children choose this facility.
* Zero involvement, zero activities. An infinite sadness.
### Deterioration, Maintenance, and Pool
The general decline of the facility is evident in every corner:
* **Poorly maintained greenery:** The maintenance of the gardens and green areas has dropped significantly compared to the past.
* **Dirty pool:** Even the hygiene of the pool left something to be desired, visibly dirtier and more neglected than in previous years.
### ⚽ Impossible sports (but for a fee!)
Another sore point concerns sports activities. It is impossible to practice any sport: the only synthetic grass soccer field is converted into a tennis court, but playing tennis is a joke: the balls do not bounce because the ground is completely covered in sand! The maintenance of the little that is there is completely non-existent, and the incredible thing is that this "ghost" service is even charged for separately.
### Conclusions
After 7 years of loyalty, we are leaving Trezene Village with a very bitter taste in our mouths. Lack of transparency regarding sea conditions, zero services, nightmarish maintenance, and a price-to-quality ratio that is now completely unjustified. Highly unrecommended, especially for families.

L’ erosione della spiaggia e l'affioramento delle rocce sono fenomeni dovuti alle violente mareggiate dello scorso inverno che hanno stravolto le coste di tutto il sud Italia, dinamiche naturali su cui purtroppo non abbiamo potere d'intervento. Ci scusiamo se questo ha compromesso la Sua vacanza, anche se in realtà solo nella parte centrale della nostra concessione l’accesso al mare può risultare un po' difficoltoso, spostandosi un po' ai due lati anche bambini e persone anziane riescono ad entrare in acqua senza problemi.
Non sottovalutiamo le sue segnalazioni relative all’animazione, ma onestamente proprio quest’anno abbiamo avuto un feedback molto positivo da altri ospiti, soprattutto sul miniclub nostro fiore all’occhiello. Sicuramente faremo le dovute valutazioni e consideriamo utile la Sua segnalazione.
Per quanto riguarda la manutenzione dei giardini, della piscina e del campo da calcio/tennis invece siamo a dir poco sorpresi. Lo staff di giardinieri cura con amore le aree verdi per 12 mesi all’anno, anche quando la struttura è chiusa al pubblico. Non per niente gli ampi e curati spazi esterni sono una delle caratteristiche più apprezzate dai nostri ospiti internazionali.
La qualità dei servizi e l'attenzione alle famiglie rimangono la nostra priorità, pertanto anche riscontri negativi servono a darci lo spunto per migliorare. D’altronde l’impegno costante ci premia da oltre 60 anni con clienti soddisfatti e fidelizzati, non è un caso se ad oggi abbiamo già numerose prenotazioni per 2027.
Ci dispiace molto che il Suo soggiorno si sia concluso in maniera così deludente, ma la valutazione ricevuta ci sembra eccessivamente severa. Proprio considerando la Sua frequentazione abituale, ci saremmo aspettati un costruttivo feedback durante il soggiorno, non una recensione in rete dopo la partenza. La ringraziamo comunque per il tempo che ha voluto dedicarci.

DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE
Negative experience that did not meet expectations at all. I was on "vacation" at the facility to enjoy some healthy relaxation with my family, confirming a ground-floor apartment with mosquito nets since I have a 16-month-old child. The apartment assigned to me, AZALEA 1, has a flight of stairs to reach it, and we had to barricade ourselves inside to avoid unpleasant falls... not only that, the mosquito nets are literally nailed to the frames, so if you want to open the windows to let in air and light, you are without protection... and the mosquitoes... so many... can feast on you. In my case, especially the children who literally became polka-dotted.
The location is now decaying, especially in detail, reflecting a lack of planning in constant maintenance (plants no longer lush but withered... dirty pool without a mandatory swim cap... swarms of mosquitoes indicating insufficient pest control).
The only commendation goes to the staff who work tirelessly, combining availability and professionalism.

Ci rammarica sapere che non si sia sentita sicura viaggiando con un bambino piccolo. È fondamentale per noi assicurare ambienti accoglienti e sicuri, e ci impegniamo a rimediare a queste problematiche.

Top vacation!!!
Super enthusiastic about our vacation at Trezene Village, everything was perfect, fantastic welcome, super attentive and available staff to the needs of the guests, cleanliness of all areas was excellent, and our children had a lot of fun... what can I say, we hope to be able to return soon.

Wonderful
Very friendly staff, especially those at the bar. Pleasant ambience, clean beach. Pool clean and pleasantly tempered, the cottages are a good size for a family of five people, but ideally four. Even for families with small children, George is through a childcare. Also employees who speak German were there
