Not worth it

We stayed at this property from 12 to 21 August 2025. The owner was friendly and the property is very close to the center but the holiday was hell. Parking space absent, it says that you have to park along the road but the road along the house is reserved for residents parking.
The nearest road to park freely is at least 500 meters away all uphill. There were 12 of us so we got two rooms for 6. The rooms were arranged, they were absolutely not for 6. The apartments were tiny, if you opened the sofa bed you could no longer open balconies / windows and to enter the room with bunk beds in the green apartment you had to climb over the sofa bed. Also there was no decent wardrobe, there was a coat rack with a shelf underneath in one room and in the other a bedside table with two drawers, how do six people fit all their clothes in it? In the second apartment, the purple one, the room with the bunk beds had no window, you slept with the internal door open. In my opinion, the apartments are great for 2/3 people, maximum 4 and should be narrow. Absolutely not for 6 people. In addition, a room without openings should definitely not exist.

Bad experience

I stayed two nights in August. Small and dark room. The air conditioning switches off automatically when you leave the room. Braces also found inside the room. Broken refrigerator. Very poor cleaning. I've never found such a structure

5 stars!

Well located, newly renovated apartment. Clean, well-equipped kitchen, friendly owner. Right in the center of Castellammare. Lots of lovely restaurants and ice cream parlors in the area. I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay

We just enjoyed a week here May 2019. Well stocked apartment with lots of shade and sitting out/eating out opportunity. Short walk to the beaches and 10 minute walk into town for brunch. Handy supermarket 5 minutes away.
Very clean and comfortable. Very secure. Well presented with maintained gardens with fig trees and flowers & pot plants makes the apartment very homely.
